Can we edit OFT visual scrips using OpenScript?

I started using OpenScript which is now available for function testing and I wanted to know whether I can edit my old scripts recorded using Oracle Function Testing for Web Applications - OFT in OpenScript?
Are they compatible?

I'm afraid not. While OFT scripts will still play back in OLT (alongside the new OpenScript scripts) you can only edit OFT scripts in OFT (not OpenScript).
We've not had the software for that long (12 months or so) but I was aware that OpenScript was in the pipeline, so I'd purposely NOT elaborated on my OFT scripts as I realised I'd have to re-do all my scripts once OpenScript emerged.
However, on the plus side, you'll find OpenScript to be FAR more flexible than OFT ever was.

You will have issues achieving continuous 35Mbit/s speed to the TC.. It is not a particularly high speed device. It doesn't have to be because it is designed for TM backup.. not NAS role.
If you want high speed buy fw800 or if you have latest Mac, thunderbolt based external drive.

You need a username and password to edit the site. Enter http:///yoursitedomain.com/admin in any browser to access the admin panel. Technically you don't need to know where the files are saved as long as you stay within the administration.

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to edit an email document attachment. Is there something similar to google documents.

Documents to Go, Pages (or Numbers as appropriate), at least half a dozen "office" apps for the iPhone are available. You could save it to box.net or dropbox and then transfer it to google docs, but I've found google documents on the iPhone to be frustrating to use at best for editing.

To make scripts visible in edit mode follow the below mentioned steps.
1) Administer the website.
2) Select the role and click Edit role settings.
3) Uncheck the option "Protect scripts, forms and spry widgets".
4) Click OK to save and exit.

Hello, I click "Add Text" in "Content Editing" and add some text into a PDF document. Then, I save the pdf. Then, I re-open the document and I can't edit the same text using the same "Add Text" tool OR delete that piece of text.

Can't Edit Text- LiveCycle Designer 8.0

I've been using Livecycle for years and I've always opened up certain documents, edited the text, field boxes, etc.
All of a sudden, I go to edit a PDF in Livecycle (same pdf that I've always edited) and everything is locked. I can't delete, add text, move fields, nothing... It seems that the whole page got locked somehow. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal so that I can make edits? I'm using Windows Vista, Adobe Acrobat 8- Livecycle Designer 8.0.

I can lock selected fields, and confirm that I can't move them around in designer. Then I can unlock those fields, and confirm that I now can move them around in designer. But in either case, I cannot edit the fields in the preview window. When the document is viewed in either Acrobat Pro or Reader, the fields can be edited. This is just a problem with the Preview window in Livecycle Designer, and it is a huge hinderence to the person developing the form (a different developer).
Interestingly, if I create a form in Designer and send it to this developer, the Preview window does work. But for any form this other developer creates, the Preview window editing is disabled, even when she sends it to me. So, I suspect it is setting somewhere...but darn if I can figure out what setting/where.

Promoted Links, can't edit the tile

Happy New year!
Discovered today the Promoted Link feature, put in png icons, working ok except one. And can't edit it.
In the ITEMS tab I can click on "New Item" this opens the window to add another link/tile. But the "Edit Item" is greyed out. I don't know how to select the bad link/tile to be able to edit it. Or how to get to the window/list where I
put in the 3 initial icons, 2 still work, the other can't edit.
I am using SP Online, and it is my account as I am the admin. (just learning/playing with SP)
The first time I deleted the app and started over, but now it's doing it again.
How can I fix this?

I'm not sure what view you are using so I'll try my best the promoted links app is basically a share point list that hen you add to a page provides a nice way to display links . You should see the '...' These three dots represent more options if you select
it and click edit item properties you will be able to edit the item If the view you are on is the thumbnail view switch it over to all items which will out it into a simple columns and rows type view which will allow you to so the more options on the items
and edit the specific item itself.

How can I edit an html file in Firefox using View Source?

I have created an html webpage and saved it to my pc. I can't edit the html file in firefox when I right click on the page and select "View Source". I can view the code but I can't edit it. I can do this in IE9.
I thought I was able to do this before in Firefox.
Did my settings change somewhere that I can no longer do this?
Do I have to have something checked in the Web Developer extensions for it to work?
I'm using Firefox 24.0

The View Source window in Firefox cannot be used to change computer codes. Nor can the Web Developer tools.

If you only changed the name of your ID rather than creating a new ID, just go to Settins>iCloud and tap Delete Account then sign back in with the new name. (Deleting the account from your phone does not delete it from iCloud. Your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.)
If you created a new ID, you'll have to go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone. (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.) After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.
You won't lose any photos in your camera roll or photo library. If you have any photos in your photo stream that are over 30 days old that are not in your camera roll or saved on your computer, be sure to save these to the camera roll before deleting the account. To do so, open the photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you need to save to select them, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.
