Can we export the records which are failed on an validation

Hi
My Question is after a validation is run on an record in the data manager,I like to extract the records from Data Manager,with the validation success(Tick) and failed(X) column which is generated by the system for each validation.
As the validation fields in the Data manager are system fields , is it possible to extract ?, is there any other workaround for this.
As in my system there are 10 validations which are grouped in to a validation group.when i run the validation group, i want to take a report kind of recordswith the validation Name Fields (tick) and (x) in to an excel or any format.

Hello Sowseel.
In DM FreeFormSearch you have expression field - you can use it for create filter. and than export all selected records.
You can create special field and use assignment with similar as you validation rule
Assignment wil put expression result to that field (in fact - validation result)
Then you can extract records with validation result.

Check the Windows recycle bin, you may be able to recover the files from there. Right-click on the recycle bin icon on the desktop and select Open. This will open Explorer, if the files are listed there, right-click on them and choose Restore.
If the files are not in the recycle bin, you can try a file recovery utility such as recuva - http://www.piriform.com/recuva

give all the role name and execute you will get roles with profiles
and extract to excel sheet
to get only profiles

Use the T.Code:VF04.
Goto T.Code:VF04
Enter the Sold-to-party.
Select Delivery related tick mark and uncheck all.
Execute.
It will give all the deliveries which are PGIed but not invoice.

Can we compress the cubes which are having same request numbers at a time?

Hi all,
Here is the situation. We have nine cubes which are all having the same request numbers...for some reason the compression has not taken place for all these cubes. Please note that we have design in process chain to compress all the data..but it has failed to do so. Please advise the possible reason....and how to rectify this in future. This is happenning for the last one week.
Now, trying to do it manually..Can I start doing this manually to all cubes simultaneously or I need to do it one by one cube...
Please advise.

Thanks for your advise. We are observing for the last one week that the process chain is getting failed at compression level. We have checked at the cube level and found that all the data's were loaded successfully and all the aggregates were rolled up successfully.
Means, for the cubes, in the manage tab,
1.Roll up status is showing green
2.Compression status of aggregate is showing green
3. Request for reporting is available
4. But, the compression status in infocube is not showing any status (Field is blank.No green tick mark!)
When we checked the error message in the process chain,
we have observed as below:
SYSTEM ERROR:1
RSCDS_BUILD_STORED_PROC
BUILD_REPORT
RSS_TEMPLATE_INSTANTIATE.
The database view " /BIC/D100299T" is Write -Protecte.
DIAGNOSIS:
A SYSTEM ERROR WITH THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS HAS OCCURED IN DATA MANAGER:
PARAMETER 1 = &V1&
PARAMETER 2 = &V2&
PARAMETER 3 = &V3&
PARAMETER 4 = &V4&
SYSTEM ERROR:2

So, we are trying to manually do the compression to all the cubes...

Docs&settings only shows bookmarks from Int Explorer used previously, not Moxilla. How can I save the bookmarks which are shown correctly when using MF?

I want to save my bookmarks as I have done periodically since 2000 using Xp.
For copying to F drive or USB, procedure is open C drive, Documents and settings, my name, Favorites
I have hundreds of sorted bookmarks which I update fairly often.
Changed to MF about five years ago.
It looks like nothing has been added to the Favorites within Documents and Settings since then - all have the blue Int. Explorer logo, none in Moxilla colours.
I was unaware of this as all bookmarks are shown correctly to left of desktop.

There are three basic options
#You can backup the bookmarks in a form that Firefox can use. And these include any tags with them. See [[Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer]]

In iPhoto, how can I find the videos which are used in iMovie?

My overall goal is to split my iPhoto library, because it's taking up half my HD. (Proud dad, taking too many burst photos and videos of the little guys). I'll put the videos and older-year photos onto an external drive.
Problem is - I can't figure out which iPhoto video clips are in my Huge Home Movie, which has about 5 minutes from every month from 2008-2011.
Is there a way that I can find them? Perhaps I can flag or rate them in iMovie? Perhaps a smart album in iPhoto?

Willing to upgrade to newer versions if they solve the problem.

I have created Product entity in MDS. It's having the following values:

Cycle   3     RRR
owner XYZ can change the record of RRR. But if owner XYZ or any other owner in this entity tried to update the ABC's record, access should be denied. That means, no one should have the permission to change the records which are entered by ABC.
For this i have executed this code

I have created 2 entities called Party and Owner. Party has following columns (name, Code, Owner (Domain Based Attribute)) Owner has following columns (name, Code) And I have Created one Derived Hierarchy.
From user and Group Permision Section, Hierarchy Members tab I have given read only permision to me (administrator of the Model). When I gave the permision I have selected users and Inherited from group in permission tab. And I'm not the part of any group.
Now I'm not able to see my model except the explorer area. And I'm not able to delete the permission from the user. As per the admin guide we need to delete permission from group.
Though I'm not the part of any group, I'm not able to proceed further to delete the permission.
Please help me out in this regard. Thanks!

After trying a lot to do it myself, finally decided to post here..
I have created a form in form builder 6i, in which on clicking a button the data gets exported to excel sheet.
It is working fine with a single table. The problem now is that i am unable to do the same with 2 tables.
Because both the tables have same number of columns & column names.
Below are 2 tables with column names:

How can I get INSTID_B for the documents which are stored using Store Business Document functionality

Dear experts,
I had activated the functionality of Store Business document and successfully stored documents in external server.
My client have a custom function module which is used to send emails.In that FM they used SO_DOCUMENT_READ_API1, SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 function modules.They passed Instance Ident(SRGBTBREL->INSTID_B)(eg: FOL33000000000004EXT39000000000026) as export parameter to the FM 'SO_DOCUMENT_READ_API1' and get the attachment details and content.
Here my problem is I do not have entries in the table SRGBTBREL for the documents which are stored using the Store Business Document functionality and without INSTID_B I am unable to use the FM 'SO_DOCUMENT_READ_API1' to get the document details and content. Please help me to find INSTID_B for documents which are stored using Store Business Document functionality or please let me know if there is any other way to use FM 'SO_DOCUMENT_READ_API1' for documents which are stored using Store Business Document.

You can use the following method to get the information. For example if you want to get BO documents for a customer
CALL METHOD cl_binary_relation=>read_links
   EXPORTING
     is_object           = ls_lpor
     it_relation_options = lt_relat
   IMPORTING
     et_links            = lt_links.
then fill ls_por-instid with a customer number (KUNNR), ls_por-typeid = 'KNA1' and ls_por-catid = 'BO'.
Table lt_relat should contain a line option for each document type (for example 'I' 'EQ' 'NOTE', 'I' EQ 'ATTA', 'I' EQ 'URL', ...
In table lt_links you will get your information.
Maybe some other methods of class CL_BINARY_RELATION may also solve your issue.

how can i write a query which displays the records records which are coming more than once on the basis of fields comp_id and branch_id. e.g. 1000 | 1 should be displayed because it is coming more than once. 1000 | 3 should not be, because it has a single entry.

I love the way Lightroom imported my .gpx files, automatically geocoded the photos, and show where I took them on the map.
Would love to export this lovely map and the photos which have been geocoded to the map.
Anyone know how to export this as an HTML file I can import into my web site.
I'm a Realtor in Berkeley, and integration of the elegant map and the photos. It would be perfect way to show my clients where the homes are, and what they look like.

You probably didn't get an answer because none exists within Lightroom.
You can perform a screen caputre of the Lightroom map, and use the resulting JPG/GIF of your screen, however there is no way to hyperlink the point on the map to your photos.
You might want to consider a non-Lightroom solution, such as uploading the photos to an Album on Flickr (or one of many other photo sharing web sites) and using the mapping capabilites there, which would be hyperlinked to your photos, see example below. You can use Lightroom to geotag the photos and then use Lightroom to upload to Flickr (or other web site) and then use the web site to create and display the map
