Can we get a new software update ASAP post 7.02!?

i can't erase VMs, or they reappear, freezes/stalls daily, my apps are running slower now, can't see screen for 5 sec after answering a call, and randomly cant make calls/send texts-i have to reboot throughout the week and it only gets worse withe time. what is going on? I am looking into getting a different phone now, this hasn't been fixed yet and I have several friends with the same problem. If it's not fixed soon, IE a couple of weeks, I'm getting a new phone. I've talked to plenty of people who don't have iphones that have better interface abilities and not as many problems!

Well, iOS 7.0.3 is available, it is the latest iOS. Is a reset the only thing that you have done as far as troubleshooting is concerned? There are two more steps in the user troubleshooting group for users. I don't understand how now seeing the screen after answering a call is a problem. When you bring the phone up to your ear after answering a call, the screen is supposed to turn off. While it sounds as if you have a number of problems, not everyone is experiencing this some behavior. To successfully troubleshoot, you need to follow all of the steps.

Can't get in after software update

I did a software update on my Ipad2 & now I have a picture of a cord & ITunes on my screen & I can't do anything. I tried updating on iTunes but it doesn't work

My wife's iPad Air has the exact same problem. She was plugged into iTunes with the USB cable and did the system update to 8.1.3 When the iPad restarted all it displays now is the screen that wants you to connect to iTunes just as Carol describes. Attempts to connect to iTunes does nothing.

I've spent a good, long part of the day trying to get my iPhone fully synced and get the software updated. Everytime I start a sync, the first step says it's backing up my phone. The problem is that the process never finishes. I ended up cancelling that step and all other steps after seemed to work without a hitch. THEN I tried to update the software. It initializes and starts to backup my phone and I literally watched two entire movies only to come back to my computer and find that it's only 70% complete and the bar didn't seem to be moving (so I assume it had locked up).
I read another post and someone suggested disabling anti-virus software, which I've done, but it hasn't made any obvious improvement to the process. Has anyone else experienced this problem and what on earth did you do to fix it? I've tried rebooting the phone and rebooting my computer and neither helped.

If it is hanging on the backup step you probably have a corrupt backup on your computer. Delete the current backup and try again. To delete, in iTunes go to Preferences, Devices tab, select the backup and click the delete button.

I had that problem myself and was forced to download the installer for "other browsers" using Internet Explorer at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ . After I did that it installed correctly. You can also try downloading the FULL installers for flash at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html . Just make sure that all browser windows are closed before you run either of these.

Try updating it on your computer. If you get a message that your iPhone is up to date then you actually have an iPhone 4, not a 4s.
Settings > General > About > Model number. What does it show?

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 7.0.4. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.
You can no longer update to iOS 6.x, or down grade the iOS.

You will also need the latest version of iTunes. Don't worry, you will be prompted to download the latest version when you launch iTunes. Once it installs, you may be asked to setup iCloud by logging into your iTunes account. If you have a Mac, you may be prompted on whether or not you want to enable the Find my Mac feature.
Now you are ready to begin the process:
If you upgraded iTunes earlier, go ahead and launch it. (For many, it will launch automatically when you plug in your iPad.)
Once iTunes is launched, it should automatically detect that a new version of the operating system exists and prompt you to upgrade to it. Choose Cancel. Before updating, you will want to manually sync your iPad to make sure everything is up to date.
After canceling the dialog box, iTunes should automatically sync with your iPad.
If iTunes doesn't automatically sync, you can manually do it by selecting your iPad within iTunes, clicking on the File menu and choosing Sync iPad from the list.
After your iPad has been synced to iTunes, select your iPad within iTunes. You can find it on the left side menu under Devices.
From the iPad screen, click on the Update button.
After verifying that you want to update your iPad, the process will begin. It takes a few minutes to update the operating system during which time your iPad may reboot a few times.
After updating, you may be asked a few questions when your device finally boots back up. This is to account for new settings and features.
