Can we have some old stuff back ? (Wishlist & Support)

Question

I know wishlist wasn't quite working well but we could at least see others opinions and things happening. I've been with BC about 4 years so far and now it feels like the communication between BC and partners has been cut off a lot.
There's no wishlist to express ours need and idea. Support forum has been updated and a lot of sources were ommited. BC has been upgraded but reference & knowledge base never been updated. Obviously, BC has evolved a lot in past 4 years but it's been more unorganised.
Also, I miss the old support team via online chat. they were 10 times better & more helpful. No offence to current chat supports but quality of the support has been significantly dropped and I'm sure I'm not the only one feel this way. Bringing back the 'priority assignment' for support ticketing will be good idea as well.
I had an issue with customer service ticketing BCC not working and it took a couple of weeks for them only to tell me that it's not working as presented.
We really need to be updated on problems & errors as many of us dealing with clients as a paid partner. I had to drag that BCC issue for two weeks and I only have an answer "NO" to my client. I went through backend system with my client and briefed them "yes you can send notifications to others using this BCC field" (we were working on a workaround and the BCC was the main thing of it) and now I just feel frustrated.
I can understand that there's no ETA on the fix but I guess we need more elaborated explanation on things (e.g. what was cause of BCC issue, was it email related issue ? ) so we can respond to our clients better (without losing our professionalism)
As BC's trying to make more business out of us (paid partners), they need to respect our professionalism as well and be more responsive, I guess.
Not raging (at some stage, I was ) against BC but just want to know what other partners think as this is the only place I can express, really.

Have you checked out the guide section and faq section on these forums as well? Lots of cool stuff.
There is no Wishlist as there are other things a bit more tight in place where experienced partners work with BC on stuff for everyone. While the Amazon migration is taking a lot of man power out of BC development at the moment this was already seeing great and right features rolling out for all.
Support has gone through a lot of changes and had a bad patch but the ticket system is on an all new system and I BC had a big jump so they had to hire a lot of new people, and it was rough for a while but I think this has improved a lot and continues to prove as the support team gain more experience. You can only be good at a support job once you learn the system and get more experience. That can only happen with time.
In terms of problems and issues etc - You have the system status page, of which you can also subscribe too for updates via RSS and email:

And the Blog is ALWAYS updated of the latest happenings. Big things like the Migrations partners have been getting emails and you will have seen this come through.
You also need to check the forums as well as a lot of things are covered more then once on here, If you have an issue make a ticket but it is likely BC already know and other partners have already passed it on.
Good to have feedback here and the team will defiantly take your points on board I am sure, but I just wanted to cover things as well, as often people just dont know things exist or dont check the right places for information saying there is none when BC defiantly does put the information out there.
