Can we map three BPC users with single domain user

Hi..
When we map the three BPC users in the ABAP server in the program UJA3_WRITE_SYS_USERS with domain user,can we map with only one domain user for all three BPC users or we have to use three different domain users to map the three BPC users?

Now I want to know that how can I map the composite_dn name with a composite in run time. When we fetch data from the repository we used to map target in rumtime by using ??EMIP_BIND_TARGET_GUID?? but here as I am not fetching data from repository, how can I map target in run time.
On executing the above SQL statement its returing an empty table without any data.
Please guide!!

Hello,
Suddenly the working CRM is being stopped for some group of users.
I drilled down to the issue and have checked that the users from Domain in which CRM is installed are having CRM access.
But for other domain user having problem to access CRM.
I tried to add a user from a domain which is not of CRM domain then it gives following error.
"Business Management Error: You are attempting to create a user with a domain logon that does not exist. Select another domain logon and try again.
<Message>LookupAccountNameW failed with error</Message> "
The change is made - AD group have upgraded Activer Directory server to 2012 R2
Please help as the Production CRM is not working for other domain user.

We have Activer Directory Structure like below.
One Root Domain says A
and there are multiple child domain like B,C,D etc...
B,C and D are all in same level,they are child of A domain.
There are two way transitive trusts between A and all the child Domain.
But there is no trust in between B and C and so on.
Our CRM server is in B domain and B domain's user can access CRM but users of Domain C,D and so on can not access CRM.

you can always do that using user mapping in user admin->identity management
where for each user details you get a tab called user mapping.
you have to create a R3 system in system admin and a give a system alias to it
Use this system alias in user mapping /
You can map multiple portal users with a single R3 user and can work parallelly.
But make sure that you have proper license in doing that.

If they are three separate projects than you will have to export all three as video files. Then you can reimport them into a new event, join them together as if they are ordinary clips, and export that.

Can't Find Final Cut Pro with my admin user!

It was there, but I changed the name from the person I bought the macbook15 from and now all the settings and apps are set default.
Is there a way my main account (set to admin) can find Final Cut Pro (and maybe others) to appear on hard drive without having to use the old name and password?
If I create a new user with the name of the original account is simply says "Username already used". In other words, If I am to use the old username, I have to change my main admin account and go through that all over again.
Admin should mean, total control of the computer...
Also does deleting/changing the original user actually delete programs?? It shouldn't, the hard drive files should be left alone. I can't find Final Cut Pro on the drive at all, it seemed to only appear when I'm using the original user name.

OIM11gR2 - How can I list users with an SAP User Application Instance?

This is a feature I was used to in OIM9.
Except that in OIM9 the model was a bit different, we had no application instance. We referred to it as a Resource.
Anyway, as an Identity Manager administrator, I wanted to quickly find a user with an specific Resource, e.g. SAP User.
I went to Resources, choose the resource I'm interested in finding the users, then from there I could filter them by Resource Status, either Provisioned, Provisioning, Revoked, Disabled, etc.
Now in OIM11gR2 I can't find an equivalent for this.
From /sysadmin I cant list users from the Application Instances
From /identity I cant search users with a given Application Instance.
Did I miss something? or this cannot be done in OIM11R2.
(Alternatively, I opening SQL Developer and listing the UD_SAP table, but this is obviously not acceptable)

Can't mount LUKS on RAID with single click

I use KDE and I want to create encrypted volume on software raid 1, which I could mount from time to time as simple as just with one click in dolphin + entering the password.
I tried with single drive, and It works. I mean I click on drive then I'm asked about password and I can see another unencrypted volume.
When it comes to RAID ... I'm asked about password, but unencrypted volume doesn't appear (can't see any error on bottom bar because of window refresh). Mapper device is created under /dev/mapper/luks_crypto_.... which I can mount manually.
Anybody have experience with such configuration ? Any ideas what's wrong ? Where to start ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I share one iPhoto library with all the users in my iMac?

I moved the library to the shared folder and gave it 775 permissions but when I try opening it with the second users it asks if I want to fix permissions. I click OK and after a while it tells me it is locked... which kind of tells me I won't be able to share it but I wanted to confirm... Thank you.

No, you cannot share your photo library in a shared folder. That will give permission problems.
You need to move your iPhoto library to a disk volume or a disk partition where permissions are ignored.

Can't use voice/video functionality with external domain connected users through federation

Hope you keeping well..!!
We are communicating with external customers lync server through federation option setup on our corporate lync server. We have received the federation setting from the customer with SIP address which has been setup on our corporate lync servers after
that we were able to browse the customer contact through corporate lync account.
We were also able to chat with external customer but however voice/video functionality are not working through same session. Whenever we try to dial out external customer lync account it ended with error message "call ended due to network issue".
We have checked the setting from corporate lync servers and network point of view but doesn't find any issue which cause the disconnection to voice/video over lync. Could you pl help or guide with the way to resolve the issue.

We already checked the security rules and all required ports are open, as confirmed by local resolver group.<o:p></o:p>
We have checked with external parties and according to them their systems are hosted by Microsoft as part of office 365 suite and they already have
federation option for 17 different customers which works fine. Which means issue must be your local end.<o:p></o:p>
Is there any tool available to identify the issue from client end?<o:p></o:p>
Also I have a question here....In my corporate environment...client is sitting in India and lync servers are hosted in UK and users connect to it
over MPLS route. In Client lync configuration we have internal/external servers configured .....so when i tried to make a voice call with external lync users then I see from netstat -a command that traffic hitting to multiple public IP addresses
directly from my machine..<o:p></o:p>
Does it mean that client required internet connectivity with specific open media ports to connect with external parties for video/voice? or in ideal
case all request should handle by corporate internal server which should took UK internet path to connect with external lync contact?

Could not start the listener with a domain user

Hi all,
I am working on Windows 2003 with Oracle 10.2.0.2 !
With user "local system account", I can start the listener and I have no problems!
after chaning the user that runs the listener from local system account to a domain user, I cannot start the listener again!
(for the oracle service itself for the database, is it possible to change the user from local system to that domain user without problems)
attached the error message when starting the listener with cmd.
by starting the listener with the restart of the windows service, the listener crashed down after a few minutes
do I have to set additional permissions for that domain user?

The most important is the tns-12560 error message, this means that an unsupported protocol exception was raised. Assuming you are using the same environment configuration when starting the listener with the local account and starting it with the domain authenticated user, then it has to do with permissions. Both the local administrator account and the domain authenticated user must belong to the ORA_DBA group, otherwise the user won't have enough privileges to start the listener.
On the other hand, make sure the sqlnet.ora file includes this line:
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)
If you use a domain user name, log on under a domain with username and password which has administrative privileges on each node

After some test cases we figured out that the main issues are related with the privileges that has the user that is going to interact with the EBS DB Procedures. In fact, we are trying to call this procedure:

CWS with multiple domain users sharing a computer off work

I need to know if this is an expected behaviour and if there is a workaround to this. I have AnyConnect Web Security (3.1.04063) installed on Windows 7 Enterprise computer that is part of a Windows domain. Two domain users login to the computer at work. When User1 logs in and visits "whoami.scansafe.net", his relevant user/group info is displayed in the browser. When User1 logs off and User2 logs in, the page correctly displays info for User2 in the browser.
However, if at this point the computer is then taken off the work network say a home/public network where AD domain servers are not available. Both User1 and User2 can still logon to Windows but for both of them the "whoami.scansafe.net" page display the info for User2 only. It doesn't change even if the computer is restarted and User1 logs in - still User2 scansafe info is displayed. This happens to User1 untill the PC is brough up on Work network where Windows Logon service is available and User1 can now correctly see his scansafe info in the browser.
Shouldn't Web Security client app be pulling the info relevant to the logged on user for both on and off work networks ? If this is expected, is there a docu reference to this ?

Hi Rick,
That is the expected behaviour of AnyConnect Web Security (ACWS).
Reason is when you are off the network, ACWS will use the cached credential of the user who last login. In your example, if user2 is the last to login when he/she is connected to the work network, then his/her user credential will be cached.
It uses the information from the output of gpresult/r.
