Can we repeat header in same page ?

Hi All,
I have a tabular SSRS report.
My requirement to get all the data in 1 page but the format will be like
Header
Single row data
Header
2nd row data
That means after every single row,the header should be repeated.
thanks in advance
regards
Msbilearning

Hi Msbilearning,
Per my understanding you want to add the table header before every single row, right?
I have tested based on the suggestion Visakh16 provided and we can do like that, for you are not clear about the details step, you can reference as below:
Right click on the details row and select the "Inside Group - Above"
In the added row type the column Header, now the header will repeat above every single row:
Delete the original column header(first column):
If your problem still exists, please feel free to ask.

  • Header Information Repeating in the Same Page

    Hi Buddies,
    I have an issue with PO Print Report. I am trying to reapet the header information by using <?start:body?> after the header informaiton and <?end body?> before the footer informaiton.
    If i have two different headers, it displayed in the same page. For e.g I have po header details for PO 30124 and PO 30124-1. These two headers information displaying in all the pages and main body and footer informations goes to the next page.
    pls guide me how to solve this one?
    Regards

    Hi,
    Are you saying that you need conditional headers? If so, then use <?IF ...> statements.
    If your footer is not working correctly make sure your syntax is correct?

  • Repeat Header on each page

    Hi,
    I have a problem of repeating the Header on each page.
    I have tried using the following options going through other threads on this topic. But it didnt work.
    1. In Table properties, repeat as header row at the top of each page
    2. Header info <?start body?> body <?end body ?> footer information
    Please help me out..
    Thanks,
    shashi

    1.
    sorry you mis-understood it.
    ""In Table properties, repeat as header row at the top of each page""
    this is to repeat the top row or selected row to repeat as a table header in every page on the top of the table, and not as the Page header.
    2.
    the elements occurring before the beginning of the body area will compose the header.
    The elements occurring after the body area will compose the footer.
    Use the following tags to enclose the body area of your report:
    <?start:body?>
    <?end body?>
    So,this should definitely work.

    In your paper layout, select the property of the frame you want to repeat and in that under Advanced Layout choose print objects on all pages.
    Hope this will work. If not let me know...

  • Can't find heading on blog page to delete...

    Hello, working on a web page for my church. I used one of the "my travel" blog templates for our Pastor's Blog site. However, when you click the RSS button it takes you to the page to subscribe. At the top of that page is still says, "My Travels" I can't find it in IWeb to Delete. Any Suggestions? Here is the link.
    feed://www.nwbcardmore.com/NWBC/Pastors_Page/rss.xml

    The only place I see "my travels" is in a text box on the main blog page in Iweb to the right of the first photo in the template.

    Can I avoid repeating heading information if repeated in a same page.
    This occurs due to group on a field which causes it to display again heading information. The heading information should be displayed only once on each page.

    Hi,
    Create another repeating frame as parent frame of current repeating frame, and with same source. Then put all heading in this parent frame, set Maximum Record per Page = 1.

  • Repeating Header and Footer on each page in Sub-Report

    I am formatting a report that has subreports.  I can get the header on every page, but the footer only appears on the last page.
    How do I get a header and footer to print on each page of the subreport?
    Thanks for any help!

    Hi,
    You should add a first level of grouping in your subreport on a fake formula field with a constant value.  Put your header and footer information in this group header and footer.  In the group option make sure to check the "repeat group header on each page option".
    This group will act as a page header + footer within your subreport.
    good luck!

  • Repeating Header Rows - Not repeating beyond page 2

    Hello,
    I'm at my wit's end and I have yet to see a response to questions related to repeating headers (though I've seen it in a few forums).
    I have a flowed form with an initial header table and then 4 subforms, each made up of tables with a header group of two rows and then a user-modified number of data rows. Each of the subforms has it's own 2 line header, which includes a static "topic" row (with "add/delete row" button) and then a second header row with the column titles (9 columns across). As I said, these two header rows are grouped together.
    Each of the 4 subforms can (and does) flow on to multiple pages once filled in by the users. At first, my issue was getting the two rows (grouped) that make up my header to repeat on subsequent pages for each subform. No go - apparently grouped header rows can't make up an overflow leader (I can only choose one of the two), and when I check the box to make the GROUP appear on subsequent pages under pagination, it will only appear on page 1 and 2 for that particular subform...so I've given up on that. Now I just want the second header row (with the column titles) to appear on every page that each subform overflows on to, but I can still only get it to appear TWICE. Anytime a subform moves onto a third page, requiring a third instance of the header, it doesn't work.
    I came across one solution involving the "repeat header for each row", but that came with a host of new bugs, including a bug where every time I open, edit data in a particular subform and save the file, a NEW header group row is added to that subform (after 12 opens, there is literally 12 header rows at the top of each of my 4 subforms if I edit data in all 4)...though it solves the other issue and the header rows DO appear properly on subsequent pages beyond page 2!!!!
    Any solutions? I've run into this on three separate occasions over the past year when building forms and every time, I've hit this wall, given up the search for a solution and sacrificed aesthetics and functionality in my forms that I shouldn't really have to.
    Ck.

    Here is a sample I did for you..
    https://acrobat.com/#d=BSeyeLhbaeyqXfwX*wrwzA
    The difference with this file, is I created a table and then in the top row I merged all cells. Then created a table with two rows inside this merged cell.
    In the Header row properties I checked, repeat header in Subsequent pages.
    Let me know if you have any issues..
    Thanks

  • Header and trailer pages in report templates

    Hi:
    I wonder how can i make header and trailer pages in the tamplate reports , so that the objects in the template header & footer report would be inherited to the generated reports. I use Oracle reports 6.0.8 and there is no header section, niether Trailer section in the Template Editor, I've read in the reports online help :"You can use the margin and body of the Header and Trailer sections to create a Header and Trailer “page” as in earlier releases. In future releases, you will be able to add and delete sections.", is there any method i can use to make header&trailer pages in the template.

    I have the same question. This is what I found on Metalink.
    goal: How To Define A Header/Trailer Section In A Reports Template Definition File (TDF)
    fact: Oracle Reports Developer
    fix: It is not possible to have a HEADER/TRAILER section in a Reports Template Definition File (TDF). Templates do not need to have a HEADER/TRAILER section, infact there is no sectioning in a template. They just define the visual layout when applied against a report section.
    This did not answer my question!

  • Hyperlinks to locations on same page

    I'm creating an alumni website and want to put a list of alums at the top of a page followed on the same page by a photo and current bio of each alum (about 130 alums total, length of bio varies from short to lengthy). I want to link the name in the alum list to the appropriate bio so you don't have to scroll down the page to find it.
    1. I can't find a way to create this type of hyperlink using iWeb. Can I do it? If not, do I need to create a separate page for each bio and then link to the new page? Are there any other options?
    2. If it's possible to link to a specific position on the same page, will that many bios fit on one page? If I can't link to the same page, can I have an iWeb website with that many pages?

    What you are asking for is referred to as "anchors" in HTML-speak...and no, it is not possible to do this within iWeb. But I think varkgirl has posted a post-publishing method of jury-rigging this functionality into the HTML...

    I'm not sure about the hard limit on page lengths in iWeb. You'll have to try it and let us know!
    But sure, you could have 130 pages in iWeb. I have heard of people with many, many more pages than that.

  • Can I change header image on one or more pages of a template site?

    Hi all,
    I have a site I created in D.W CS3. I'm kicking around the idea of adding an affiliate store. I think I might be better served if the store has a different header image than the main site. I can either create a whole new site for the store, or what I'd rather do for now is just make a new page from the main template, and change the header image just for that page to see how it goes. Does anyone know the code I could use to have a page from template override the CSS and use a new header image just for that one page?
    The URL is http://isuckatgolf.net if that is needed.
    Thanks!
    ken

    Take images out of the HTML and put them in the background of your #header div with CSS.
    #header {
    background: url(header1.jpg) no-repeat
    width: xxxpx; /**same width as image**/
    min-height: xxxpx; /**same height as image**/
    Use embedded CSS on child pages requiring a different background.
    <style type="text/css">
    #header {
    background: url(header2.jpg) no-repeat;
    </style>

  • Bug. Can't put two Edge Animate animations on same page

    Alrighty. Just thanked Adobe for fixing responsive scaling issue. Now there seems to be a new one. When I put two Edge Animate animations on the same page, they both disappear entirely from view! Both in live view (or what was fluid grid view) and when trying to preview in any browser. The responsive design is working great but if I put two animations on the same page they both just disappear! GONE!
    Maybe there is some code I can use to stop this from happening. I have done a number of tests over the last hour or so. My smile (from the responsive fix) is now a frown again. I can not continue to work like this. Please let me know if there is something I am doing wrong. I could have two animations in one page no worries before this release but the responsive design wasn't working properly. NOW the responsive design works but I can not have MORE THAN ONE ANIMATION on same page. Thanks for your time. Kind regards Julian.

    Hi Julian,
    First, in general, you can't create two instances of the same edge composition (this is not supported by EdgeRuntime), to be used in the same file.
    But if you want to use same composition multiple times, then follow the steps to create multiple copies to be treated as multiple instances:
        1. Open the composition whose multiple instance you want to use.
        2. Change the "Composition Class" to some other value
        3. Do a SaveAs and save it to create another copy of the same composition. // This copy can be treated as an instance.
        4. Repeat the steps 2 to 4, to create multiple copies of the same composition, and you will end up creating multiple instances.
    Second, you need to do small changes manually in the DreamWeaver html file.
        So, right now if you import two Edge Compositions in the html page, it will come as follow in the html <head/> section:

  • Repeat a Header on each page of a Report that includes expressions - Report Builder 3.0

    Is there a way of repeating an header on each page of a report with the built-in expressions representing the new value on each header.  Example, Page 1 is correct but page 2 - the permit number, address and Tract does not match up, it repeats all the
    information from page 1.

    Hi KittyCat101,
    According to your description, you want repeat a show with expression to show Permit Number and Address dynamically on each page. Right?
    In Reporting Services, table header is not in any group row, so when you put expression with data field into header row, it will only return the first row of that data row. This is the reason why it always shows the information as Page 1.
    In this scenario, we can make records group on Permit Number. Then we put the Permit Number and Address in the group header. Set page break between each group instance.
    If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
