Can we reprocess the already completed work flow

Hi Work flow experts,
I am having an issue with custom work flow which is for Employee Issue Tracker.
Work Flow in brief
When an employee raises an issue through portal, in back end a Ztable record with some Request Number will be created and will start the custom work flow.
First a mail will be sent to the concerned HR Person who has to resolve the issue and then a work item will be sent to the same HR person.
If the person does not responds to that work item with in 3 days, that work item will be escalated and will be sent to his superior along with a mail,Superior will give instructions and then the work item will be sent back to the same HR person.
If HR Person resolves the employees issue and process his work item, then work item will be sent to the concerned employee who raised the issue.
Then finally emploee can close the issue or he can reopen the same issue.In case of closing the work flowwill be completed there. But in case of reopening the same issue,the process from the begining will continue again.
My Issue
In Production System, in some cases HR Persons are receiving mails but when they go to their work flow inbox there are no work Items.Some Superiors are receiving mails about the escalations, but when they go to their work flow inbox there are no work items.It is not happening for all cases, but only 2 to 3 cases out of 200 to 300 cases.
As I am very new to work flow,I am not able to even find out the issue by seeing the completed work flow of those abnormal cases
When I run the whole process in Production system, Complete work flow went fine.I have tested for almost 5 to 6 times and I found no Issue.
So is there any thing like reprocessing the completed workflow and then debugging those abnormal cases.
Or Can any one suggest me in some other way that could help me out.
As this is a production Issue,  Almost per day they will have around 300 to 400 cases.

No, you can't reprocess completed worflows. But you can create a new one with the same input, if it makes sense to do so.

Ths is not necssarily a problem. It could be that someone else has processed that workitem, or that the workflow was terminated because it received a terminating event. Starting with the emails they received, work backwards and find the workflow referred to and look in its log to see what happened. It's also possible the workflow went into eror - check SWI2_DIAG.

       1.  Create a task with the business object: Selfitem
                                       method:              sendtaskdescription
       2.  Put the mail contents in the Description tab page of the task.
       3.  and in the Agent assignment of task - select the option Role and mention the role to assign.
       Hope this will solve the problem.

    Hi All,
    As per our understanding for configuration of completion by purchaser workflow required folllowing settings:
    1. Activate the Completion work flow and it shoud have condition statement for critetion like free entry,sc w/o price, etc.
    2.We should check the SC other apporval workflows and make the condtion suitable so that both workflow should not create cross condtions.
    We are trying to use completion workflow for all free text items (which are without prodcut master), as we have maimtain the condtion for workflow as ;
    &EC Req coverage request free entry exist&   EX
    and &EC Req coverage request RFQ follown doc& (not equal to) X
    and &EC Req coverage request wothout price& (not equal to)  EX
    And we have our SHC without approval workflow as;
    *&EC Req coverage request free entry exist&  (not equal to) X
    *and &EC Req coverage request Total value& < 500
    But when we are tyring to create describe requirement with test item then work flow goes in ambigous state,
    Anybody who can expalin about starting condtions and other steps we are missing here?

    I  could able to resolve that but facing another issue,
    Steps I followed,
    I have create SHC with text itme and then ordered.
    This SHC gone for approval to Purchaser
    Purchaser did changes and approved
    Once again checkd in employee check status in approval preview, it says approved by purchaser
    But final approval status is still awating apporval....why is it so?
    It means now our other approval like SHC witihout approval is not getting triggred.
    So what Condition can I maintain to make std approval process carry on?.
    Any idea,

    In that case the procedure assuming it is a PAYG phone is to get an o2 PAYG sim, put £20 on it and then make a few calls making sure you leave £15 on the sim to pay for the unlock. Then there is an online unlock request form on the o2 site just fill this in. It takes between 1-14 days and you get a message from o2 telling you how to complete the official unlock through iTunes.
    I got my o2 unlock in nov 09 so this is not just opinion.

    Alright now if you are talking about issues using Safari, here a few things that you can try.
    1. Quit Safari completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
    Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    2. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    3. Clear Safari. Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

  • I can't get the connect to work after base installion.

    Hello, everyone, I am new to Arch Linux.
    I follow the installation guide install Arch Linux, Everything run pretty smooth, except at the part when I need to choose the package, I am not so sure what I am doing. So I choose everything except for the thing that I am sure I would never need.
    When the installation is complete, I try to go to the next setup which update my system, but some how, I can't get the connection working, switch mean, I couldn't do anything beyond that. (both wireless and wired network, BTW I am using DSL and I do try the adsl thing)
    Every thing seem make sense to me during the installation, but I just can't get the network connection working.
    BTW: my laptop is a Toshiba portege M100.
    Any idea?

    Try typing in:
    dhcpcd eth0 (or whatever interface you are using)
    and hit enter, I had the same type of problem and this woke up my network connection.
    Edit: Also, once you gain your connection up and running, you might want to install ifplugd.  It is a daemon which will automatically configure your Ethernet device when a cable is plugged in and automatically unconfigure it if the cable is pulled, which is good for laptops.  Once installed make sure you put it in /etc/rc.conf under the DAEMONS section.

Can anyone suggets how I can fix it, as the MBP appears to be fine, its updated with all the latest versions of software and the WiFi network is also fine....just not with my MBP??

    I have had this same problem for weeks now with my 4S.  I just got a new 5S after being extremely frustrated and the same thing - no sounds.  After searching posts all over, I couldn't find a solution. I just told my friend of the issue and he asked "Do you have the Do Not Distrub on?"  I didn't even know such a function existed.  Upon looking that was exactly the issue.
    To resolve, go to Settings> Do Not Disturb> Manual.  If it is green, turn it off.  You will now get phone calls and text alerts.
    This functionality is also on your quick access utility menu (slide up menu).  I assume this is how it was enabled on my phone.
    I will post on other sites since I searched for weeks for this solution and didn't see it anywhere.  Good luck!

  • Can't get the software to work with Audigy 2

    Hi, I have had my Audigy 2 ZS going on a year now and haven't had any problems. I recently made a clean install of Windows XP and upgraded to SP2 and all that. Now, I can get sound out of the card but can't get the software to work at all; cannot get the volume slider bar to appear when I click the icon (it appears in the task bar though and I get a small gray square where the slider should appear), the surround mixer does not show when I double click the volume icon, EAX conxole is a no go, get an empty error box when I try to start the Equaliser.
    I have tried everything from simple re-install to clean sweep to praying to the pagan gods. I have alsoo tried updating the drivers of course.
    I run XP on an Intel MoBo (on-boeard sound deactivated), 52RAM, ATI 9700 ALL-IN-WONDER.
    DOES THE CREATIVE SOFTWARE DEPEND ON ANY WEIRD LITTLE WINDOWS SERVICE OR SETTING THAT I MIGHT HAVE CHANGED DURING SETUP?
    This is quite infuriating as any idea I come up with takes up a lot of time in installation, uninstallation and clean up. It worked before, why not now?

    Ok I got it to work. This is the reply I got from Creative but I didn't remove the program from the add/remove option on the PC b/c that didn't work at first. I inserted the installation CD and remove it from that wizard. Rebooted and the PC found new hardware. I then installed the driver and software from the CD and now it works.
    For Mediasource. It appears something was corrupted in Mediasource or there is a conflict within the system.Please uninstall all software and drivers for the soundcard, from add/remove programs. Once this is done, shut down the system and changePCI slots for the soundcard, then turn the system back on, cancel the found new hardware wizard, disable all background applications (especially virus scanner, firewall, and any other background applications running in the bottom right hand corner of the system), andthen perform a full reinstallation of the drivers and software from the soundcard installation cd.
    CAT I hope you fix your sound card. Good luck.

    Check you are logged into your store account properly (settings > store). Also check there are no restrictions set that might be causing this (settings > general > restrictions)

    Adding the AD group into the win ad authentication configuration page creates the user group but the members of the group aren't being pulled in when I go to the group and select / query the users tab

    By default the setting for update options on the Windows AD tab of authentication does not actually create the aliases until the user attempts to login the first time. We set it this way to prevent a huge group of alias's being created when the administrator sets up Windows AD and also so that only user aliases for users actually using the system get created.  You can change this behaviour though if you like.  Simply change the radio button option to 'New Aliases will be added and new users will be created' this will create the accounts for you when you hit the update button.  If you have a large group your adding I would wait until and afterhours time when you have less activity as this will impact CMS performance while it creates all the accounts.
