So my questions is as well: Can I run MiniSap on Windows7 Home Basic Edition(64 bit) when I install the loopback adapter to enable network capability of the Windows 7

You can find the official downloads on the SAP Developer Network (SDN). If you haven't got an account yet, you'll have to sign up for it. Linksys E2000 on Vista Home Basic Edition

Hello,
I have just installed Linksys new E2000 on my laptop with Vista Home Basic edition. Somehow after a day of using it I am caught up with strange problem. Few minutes after booting my screen goes blank and I am no longer able to work. I do not see any icons or not able to invoke Task Manager to see running processes.
I am not sure if these two are related or what has caused this problem. Any tips will be great help.

Yes.
OEM just means that the Windows OS is dedicated to that computer only. If you sell, replace or throw away the computer you use it on, the Windows CD/DVD goes along with it. (According to the Licensing dialog)
Just do a Yahoo/Google search for prices is the only way to find it cheaper. Or keep an eye on your favorite web store for sales.
If you are in college and have an .edu e-mail account thru the college then Microsoft has it for about $30 US. And other deals also.

LabVIEW 7.x will run without any problems on a Windows Tablet PC with SP1. There have been documented issues with Windows XP SP2 and LabVIEW subsequently not exiting properly--LabVIEW's window closes but somehow it is still present in the task manager.

Adding a network printer to a Vista Home Premium Edition 64-bit laptop

I have a Deskjet 5150 printer conntected to a desktop running on Windows XP. It is set up as a shared network printer. When I attempt to add this networked printer to my laptop has Vista Home Premium Edition 64-bit OS, I get a message that states "The server for the 'hp deskjet 5100 series' printer does not have the correct printer driver installed. If you want to search for the proper driver, click OK." I can not find the *.INF file that is needed. I have downloaded the proper driver to the desktop and my laptop, but I do not know where to "browse" in order to locate the file.

I have been trying to install OBIEE Simple Installation on Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64 bit - Hangs on Create Domain Step.
Java is installed on root director. I have incease the Java Memory to 2084MB. Still hangs. I have also tried software only install and that also fails at Start Admin server step. I have also tried to configure thru Config.bat file and it does not recognize the weblogic server. Any help is appreciated.

Earlier i have face same issues.after 4 attempts its got resolved.make sure below points
static ip set it properly (windows/hots,etc files) make sure u r pc have full permission for installation user
1.Un-install WebLogic from your machine.
2.If the installer is on a network drive it's recommended to copy the generic installer to your local file system and to a folder with no spaces or strange characters.
3.Remove the system variables you've set: JAVA_HOME, JAVA_VENDOR, and remove the %JAVA_HOME%\bin from the path system variable.
4.Run the installer as follows:

6.Change directory to \JDK_64\bin folder and execute:
like below,
C:\>cd C:\java\bin

or should I replace it with window XP

Dear UG!
It depends on what you want to do with your Oracle database. If it's only for developing and testing purposes then you might use Windows XP or Windows Vista. I would personally suggest you to use Windows XP because you need a special version of Oracle 10g for Windows Vista but if you plan to deploy an Oracle application on MS Server 2008 with Vista clients then you should use Windows Vista.

Can't run Java Programs from home computer

Hi, sorry if this is a simple problem.
I downloaded Java version 1.4.0_03 but can't get it to work. I have configured the PATH variable and the CLASSPATH but it isn't working.
If I type java -version the right stuff comes up.... so where have I gone wrong?

I was wondering if I am able to run apps (And posibbly books) from iTunes on my Windows 8 (64-bit versions) PC. I just got a gift card, and since I already have TONS of music, I only want TV shows, Movies, Apps and Books. But, I broke my Ipod touch a few months ago, and it is hard to see because of the cracked screen. It would make my day to know how to run some things. Thank you!

Yes. You can run iTunes on a windows PC. You would be able to use it for Movies, TV shows, and Music. But not Apps. Those are iOS specific.
