Can we use itunes to download anything from app store using pc net connection?

i bought a lesson from 'learn russian with busuu' in the apple store for 4.99$.
all i want to ask is how to download using itunes in my pc.
i do not want to dowload 35mb using internet connection of my ipad?

In iTunes on your computer make sure you are logged in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase the app on your iPad, then go to "Check for availabel downloads" on the Store menu.
Alternatively connect your iPad to WiFi and download it that way, instead of over 3G (which is, I presume, what you're trying to avoid).

Are you listing the billing address for the card correctly? The address in the iTunes/MAS account must match the address on your bill exactly.

I can't download anything from app store and ibook , when I download something it keeps waiting and nothing happen I tried 3G and wifi and the same problem
I tried to rest all the settings and nothing happened

Try resetting the App Store.
Reset Learned from Old Toad
and you can try:
- Sign out of the App Store (in the Store menu)
- Quit the App Store
- In Finder - Go>Go to folder... (or Apple-shift-G)
- Paste in the following "~/Library/Caches/ "
- It will take you to a folder. Delete com.apple.appstore
- Launch the App Store.

Can't download anything from App Store - MacBook

I've been using Windows 7 exclusively on my MacBook via Boot Camp for several years. I've since deleted the Windows partition. I ran a Software Update and am currently running OS X 10.6.8. I want to upgrade OS X further but can't download Yosemite (or anything) from the App Store. I click "get" and the button becomes unclickable but nothing happens. I also can't open iTunes.
I don't have anything on this computer that needs to be saved so I'm more than willing to restore, though I don't know how.

I'm having the exact same issue in the exact same situation.
I'm getting the error below in Console every time I try to install or download anything from the App Store. I suspect this has something to do with Safari and some Javascript code being used by Appstore pages.
I wish there was a direct link to download Yosemit. I'm stuck now...

Yep, I've been reading through other threads on lots of different sites over the last few hours and I can't seem to find a working solution, even though some seem to have worked for other people.
Most of them hadn't been updated in a while so I made my own post to see if anyone has anything new.

Can't download anything from App Store with 10.6.8

Does anyone else have any information with this issue? I was told there is a server problem that only affects users with 10.6.8. As I said, I can't even download a free app let alone anything else.
I click an app and I get the icon to download or install but it just sits there forever and does nothing.
I sure hope they fix this soon as I am dead in the water with trying to recover a major hard drive disaster!

Make sure you have the correct country selected in Setttings > Store > Sign In > Country / Region
Your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

Cannot download anything from app store

I have looked through posts on this subject and nothing has helped me yet...
Running lion on a brand new macbook pro and keep receiving this message when attempting to download even free apps:
"There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (4)"
It appears right after typing in password to apple id.
I came back over 12 hours later and still got that message. Tried restarting and still the message...
ideas?

here is a solution for someone that I found (If you don't have a second AppleID, try creating a new one):
"I was trying to download an App from the Mac OS X App Store. When I put in my password and clicked Sign In, instead of downloading and installing the application this message came up:
There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (4)
Luckily I have more than one Apple ID, so I just deleted my email address from the left text field and put in my other email address, put in my password or that one and clicked Sign In again. It worked fine."

Cannot download applications from App Store using my iPhone 6, and when I made a sign out, I cannot sign in, even I asked to reset my Apple ID account by e-mail, but I did not receive any feedback by mails yet, while I can access the App Store, and download apps using my old iPhone 4, and my iPad Air using the same account.
I Stuck now, and what I read cannot help me, as I cannot sign in even.

it was simple due to not setting the date and time automatically in : Settings-General-Date and Time, then set automatically.
