Can you bookmark sites you visit often?
There are many podcasts sites that I like to check from time to time, but often I do not subscribe to them. I may just get an episode and delete it. Is there an easy way to organize and bookmark my favorite podcast sites so I can get back to them later?

I'm still running version 7, and here's how I do it.
Whenever you download a podcast to your library, there's an "album" listing for that podcast under which any downloaded podcasts will appear. You can delete an individual podcast but leave the album header in your library. Later, if you want to see what's available for that podcast, just select the album header in your library and click on the little arrow that appears. The arrow will take you directly to that podcast's listing in the iTunes Store.

I had my web email log in site as a bookmark since the upgrade in May this is no longer available.Some bookmarks are not working as well. Dreamweaver CS2 - Photos changing on the site each time you visit
Does anyone know how to do this, and can it be done in Dreamweaver? There is a photo that is used on a site when you first visit it, the next time you visit it is a different photo each time you visit. Can someone tell me how this is done?

Can you mix VISA drivers & GPIB functions?
Can you mix VISA instrument drivers & GPIB I/O functions on the same block diagram? I am using VISA drivers to control a LeCroy LT344L oscilloscope - they are working fine, but I need to perform a query of some specific scope parameters and the VISA drivers cannot provide the exact command that I need. I used the GPIB send and receive for these query commands, but now am getting an error message:
"Error -1073807265 occured at VISA Write in LCDSO Utility Default Instrument Setup.vi->LCDSO Initialize.vi->ReadMeas.vi Possible reasons: VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF005F) No listeners condition is detected (both NRFD and NDAC are deasserted).
Is there a possible confict when both these protocols are used together? Thanks fo

Mike SeleckyI just want to clarify a few things about mixing VISA and GPIB.
If all your I/O is done on the diagram with VISA functions and GPIB
functions, you should be okay. LabVIEW has code that tries to keep the two
from stomping on each other. You have to know what you're doing--you can't
have two VIs trying to control the instrument at once, for example.
This is _not_ true for C-based instrument drivers (aka, VXIPNP,
including IVI). We have no protection between the VISA calls inside those
drivers and the builtin functions. If one is in progress and you try to use
the other, you'll get an error. One way to demonstrate this would be to
start a GPIB Read (which is asynchronous by default, meaning that LabVIEW
starts the Read and then looks for other stuff to do),
then use an
instrument driver for a device on the same bus. The instrument driver will
return an error. You just have to be using the same bus--it doesn't matter
if you use the same device.
Fortunately, this doesn't come up that often in practice. When needed,
there are workarounds--e.g., keeping all GPIB I/O in a single thread (at
least per bus) and using synchronous VISA and GPIB Reads/Writes. Yes, we're
working on ways to make this less of an issue, but I won't go into details
yet.

Can you have multiple "Top Sites" screens?
I love the lay out of Top Sites. I am using Speed Dial for Firefox as it is very similar in the way it works. However Speed dial is just like bookmarks. I have tabs along the top of the browser screen of the groupings. When I select which grouping I want it displays 9 websites the same way as Top Sites does. It was great. Easier to get to bookmarked sites than using the drop down menus and I liked being able to see the screen updated. Everything was basically in folders like Bookmarks would be. Anyone know if I can do this with Safari?
Is there an add on something to allow you to have multiple screens that look like the top sites. Something like Speed dial for Safari

If I have "www.gambleitall.com" stored as a bookmark and I go to my browser bar start typing www...all my bookmarks (including www.gambleitall.com) will show up. But these are not history. Bottom line...a bookmark should not show up in the browser bar just because the website you are entering contains matching letters as your bookmarks. Lack of privacy.
If you have visited a bookmarked site then it will become history.
You can change what you want to see in the location bar drop down list:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: History, Bookmarks, History and Bookmarks, Nothing

Hello, can you tell me what i pay for. Itunes is collecting money form my visa on certain days of the month (for example on 15 september, on 12 september on 1 september etc). I have not downloaded apps for which i have tp pay. Do i have done something wrong or what???
It sounds like you may have subscriptions.
If you want to view your app subscriptions:
From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.
Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.)
Tap the View Apple ID button.
Enter your password and tap OK.
From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don't have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
You'll then be taken to your App Subscriptions page.
To turn off auto-renewal:
From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription.
Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
Tap On to toggle the switch to Off.
You'll receive a confirmation message; tap Turn Off to confirm your choice.
To turn off auto-renewal on computer:
Launch iTunes on your computer.
Choose Store > Sign In from the iTunes menu.
Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
Choose Store > View My Account. You may be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password. Click View Account .
From the Account Information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to the Settings section.
Click Manage to the right of Subscriptions.
From the Manage Subscription screen click on the subscription that you would like to manage.
On the Edit Subscription screen, you will see the current subscription status and subscription details.
Click the Off radio button to turn off Auto-Renewal.
You will see a confirmation window asking you to confirm.
Click Continue to proceed.
Note: When you turn off auto-renewal, you will no longer continue to be billed for your subscription, however your subscription will continue until it expires. -
We are evaluating the use of iPod touch devices to record best practice videos on our manufacturing floor and to post to an internal Moodle web site. How can you upload a video from the iPod touch to a site other than YouTube? The Moodle upload interface is expecting a file selection dialog box like windows or OSX. I do not want to have to go through an intermediary step of messing with a pc.
Thanks!It should be around 7 and a half gigs. In iTunes, across the bottom there should be a bar that show how much storage is being used and by what. (music, movies, apps, etc.) To make music take up less room, you can check the box to make it convert the music to 128kbps AAC. This lowers the quality, but with most earbuds and speakers, you can't even tell the difference.
The iPod touch has parental controls built in. You'll find them in Settings. I think they only work for enabling/disabling Safari, Mail, YouTube, and App Store. Here's an app that does more: http://www.mobicip.com/online_safety/ipod_touch -

Can you help me?hi . I had the simalar problems of my HP b209a-m printer not being seen on my wireless network> I could not add the printer and could not get the printer to join my network, I found this post at HP discussion and it worked!
Each printer has different options/settings but it seems like the general idea should work ok if you can reset printer back to factory settings and find Printer IP Adress.
This is for HP printers
1. On the printer navigate to the Wireless or Network menu.
2. Select Restore Defaults.
3. On your computer look for a wireless network named 'hpsetup' and connect to it.
4. Print a Wireless Network Test from the front of the printer to see its IP address. (on my b209a-m Printer the IP info was found by pressing the Wireless Icon)
5. Type the IP address into the address bar of a web browser to see the printer's internal settings.
6. Click on the Network tab and look for the Wireless Setup Wizard and run it.
7. The Passphrase is the password you use on your wireless connection.
8. Now change the network name on your computer back to your wireless network.
The printer will now be connected to your network. With your the computer backyour wireless network network, you can re-add the printer from System Preferences.

My computer had a virus and had to be cleaned, but I had my Mozilla bookmarks in a Word file now located on my Desktop. I have spent hours trying to drag those bookmarks to the new Mozilla. There should be an easy way to do this. Can you tell me how in simple straightforward steps? Thanks.If the Word file is a document file type (.doc), you may be able to save it as a .html file, then import that .html file into Firefox.
In Word, open the .doc file containing the Bookmarks,
*click File > Save As,
*in the "Save in" box, choose a Folder or location on your hard drive to save the file where you can find it later,
*in the "Save type as" box choose ".html",
*in the "Filename box" enter "bookmarks.html" (without the quotation marks),
*click "Save"
Then follow the-edmeister's instruction in Firefox:
*Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... = from an HTML file

Every time i go to a site or and extension of a site i use a lot it asks me if it can you adobe flash I want to know how to make it so it just allows all site to just start it. I only go to mainstream sites so its not a security issue. I have gone into the adobe settings in my control panel and allow sites to store info on my PC so any other suggestions? thank you to anyone who can help.
Have you tried the Reset Safari... in the pull down menu under Safari?
