Can You Build a Website with iWeb and then publish it to another server?

I am very new at this but like how easy iWeb makes it to build a website. A few questions for the newbie:
1. I want to build a site but have another server I use who would host it. After watching the iWeb tutorials it looks as if you have to publish it on mobileme.com. But I already have hosting with another company. How do you do that?
2. I also have a domain name I want to show up in the hyperlink bar not mobileme.com/____, is that possible to do with this program?
3. Are their other templates for iWeb? I see about 12 or so they offer, can you search and download for new ones or is what's there all you have to choose from?
I appreciate any help on these matters.

Will Image capture (in your applications foldr) see them and bring to disk? If so then once they are safely off the memory card and on disk use the camera's format command to reformat the memory card

You can certainly use Muse for hosting on other hosts as well. You do lose some of the functionality of Business Catalyst such as In Browser Editing. I just saw that you did your current one in Wordpress ... so I assume there is a blog?
If so, keep in mind that Muse alone does not have a blog feature. You can integrate a Business Catalyst Blog into it with a bit of knowledge on how BC works.

I created my website on iweb and published it (but not at mobile me). Unfortunately my hard disc crashed, before I saved my webpage. Now I bought a new web and want to update my published website. How do I open it in my new Iweb 9 to update it?

Your iWeb data is stored, not in your actual published html files, but in a file called Domain.sites which is stored in your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder. If you want to work on your site on another computer, copy this file to a thumb drive to move it around.

How can you create a playlist with music and music video and play those from same playlist through Apple TV?

How can you create a playlist on Ipod touch with music and music video, and play those from same playlist through Apple TV? I can download, create a playlist with both music and music video, stream that through the Apple TV with no problem. The sound and the information show up on the TV, but when it gets to a music video, it only shows the information and "artwork".
I also have a video playlist - videos play fine through the Apple TV, but will not shuffle through all videos - continues to repeat the same one. I have most definitely selected shuffle in both locations - from the playlist and on the ipod video screen while video is playing.

I finally got it... had to sync the photos with the music in iMovie, arrange the voiceover in GarageBand then export to iTunes, and then I was able to put it all together in iMovie and burn in iDVD... had a few glitches along the way but finally finished : )

Can you save a document in Pages and then upload it to a website?

In other words, can I create a word document in Pages on the iPad and save it somewhere (?) and then go to a site and use its upload feature, ie Browse for a document, and then send it to the site.
(Right now, the "Choose File" button on the site I want to use is grayed out on my iPod Touch)

I have the same need as vudean. I don't understand the security issue. If I type a document using Pages or whatever, why can't I upload the document to a web site? I think Apple should make the standard web "file upload control" available to iPad users.
I understand that there should be some limitations, but it should be possible to upload standard user files. I can upload them to Dropbox, so I don't se the big difference.
Does Apple read this? If not, where can I propose this feature to them?

Can you share a harddrive with Itunes and other music applications.

So here's my issue....
I have been using PCDJ FX on a Windows based laptop for quite a few years.
So what I would like to do is basically beable to take my harddrive and plug it into my desktop and have Itunes use that music disk and then unplug it and put it on my DJ system.
now the issue is there is kind of a process to get the music ready for PCDJ which consists of:
rip the music to my HD
Run MP3Gain to set the Gain.
load it into a temp folder on my harddrive
bring up PCDJ to do the BPM scan to set the Beats per minute.
once this is all done I then go and place the music into it's proper folders such as Bass/breakbeats/bassnectar or 70's Rock/led Zepplin.
the problem that I found is after I do that if I take that harddrive back to Itunes it doesn't realize the new music is there.
is there a way to refresh and scan the folder for the new stuff so Itunes knows it's there???

My mum wants to get my sister a iPhone 4 for her 15th birthday, but she thinks buying it in Australia is a little silly, because shes going to America next month and wants to get it there because its cheaper (even though the Aussie dollars higher?) and then bring it here (unused), andd would it then be possible to set it up on a Australian network?
Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated.

I converted the US prices and the Australian prices to British pounds: a 16GB iPhone costs around 403GBP in the US, and around 569GBP in Australia.
I can understand where the OP is coming from.... but repeat that taxes could wipe out that difference.
There is also the warranty problem. Will Apple Australia give help and repair a US Phone?

Am I allowed to video-capture my work with LR4 and then publish it?

I could not find any relieable information on this, so I'm asking it here.
I want to capture my screen while working with LR4 and later dub it with my voice to produce video-tutorials. I want these tutorials to be published on my Blog and YouTube or Vimeo. I know that a lot of people do this but I'm not shure if I am allowed to do this. What makes me so uncertain about this is that with Games you normally are not allowed to do this without permission because of copyright-claims of the content shown.

Can you manually load song with IOS6 and iTunes Match?

My office has zero wifi or 3g reception so I like to load several hundred songs onto my iPhone so I can listen at work. However I also like using iTunes Match when I am elsewhere. After I upgraded to iOs6 I rudely discoverd I had no songs left on the iPhone. When I tried to relaod my music iTunes told me that since I had Match enabled I could only do this wirelessly. I really don't want to d/l that much music over the wifi connection.
I turned off Match and manually loaded some music, but now when I try to enable match it tells me it's going to erase the library on my iPhone.
OK am I missing something or do I have to make a choice between Match or manually loading songs

Yes. Having iTunes Match enabled disabled traditional music syncing via USB. However, that alert is misleading as it will not actually replace the music that has been synced. It is actually just replacing the "song list."

If you buy an iPod shuffle can you put iTunes videos on it, and then when the iPod is connected to a player with a screen the video will play?

I suppose if you enabled disk use, stored it on in the iPod, then copied the file to the computer you're wanting to play it on. If you mean directly from the iPod to a TV... no.

Can you buy a macbook in Canada and then use a charger purchased in England to charge it? Or do the different voltages mean the a Canadian and a UK macbook work on different power supplies?

I want to purchase a Macbook in Canada before I move to the UK for a couple of years. But am concerned about whether I can use a Macbook power cord purchased in the UK with my Canadian Macbook. Is the differences in voltage something that affects the battery life or will it be completely fine to use the UK power cord with the Canadian computer?

The AC charge is auto-switching and works on both 110 an 220 volt systems. All you need is a wall outlet adaptor for the plug.
