Yes, you can save a FormsCentral form as a PDF form. In FormsCentral, the menu item when in design view is: File > Save as PDF Form

This may seem obvious, but how can you add, subtract multiply divide in forms central.

I do not see any way of performing basic math in Adobe Forms Central.
Even i Adobe Acrobat form designer there seems to be a way, but you cannot select the fields needed in the calculation?

If I create a pdf portfolio that contains multiple documents (e.g. Word, multiple PDFs and Excel documents), is there a way to create a table of contents at the beginning of the portfolio to help navigate to the individual documents?

The Files list displays a list of files, so the user can quickly see all the files in the portfolio with any information you want to share; title, description, file type, size etc.
Or, you can also use a different layout, for example, the Linear and use the space next to each file to describe it.

I'd like to know if I can create an app using Adobe DPS, then pass the folio to a programmer to add advanced interactivity that DPS doesn't provide. I would like the programmer to use either XCode or Android SDK because it is a standard, but they can also use C#, JavaScript, and several other coding languages. The folio would serve the purpose of a tight digital comp for the programmer.

you can create the inernal table using the table types.
assume you want to create the Inernal table of type SFLIGHT, then you can create in this way...under the global Defintions.
VARiABLE NAME       Type Assignment      Type name
IT_SFLIGHT                TYPE                       SFLIGHT_TAB1
IT_VBAP                    TYPE                       VBAP_TT
you can populate these tables using the Initialization->Code Initialization.

Can you create more tables in a document after the table of contents?

I am writing my thesis and after my table of contents I need to put in another table which lists the figures and their page numbers and also a list of tables and their page numbers

Be aware that the T.O.C. will only list the captions of the figures and they must not be in floating or inline textboxes.
You can do 2 passes to get what you want. Create a TOC for the figures, export that and reimport it into Pages as text, then get rid of the TOC that forrmed that, then do another TOC for the main text.

I am trying to create a new table from an existing table called ICT_PROTIME. The new table needs to be named as the value of a text box on the page called P10_TABLE. If i create a process and use the plsql statement below when i hit the save button i get the error:

Hi LT,
You will need to use the EXECUTE IMMEDIATE command and build the DDL dynamically.
eg.
begin
EXECUTE IMMEDIATE 'CREATE TABLE X(A DATE)';
end;

You can change the font via Settings > Notes, and you can change font size for Notes, Mail, and Contacts (but not just Notes) via Settings > General > Accessibility > Large Text
