Can you download to a new MacBook without setting up Apple ID. It asks for owner pw. OS Mavericks was preloaded when purchased.
You need an Apple ID to download items from the Mac App Store. Other than that the only Password that may be required is the Administrator password when installing it.
If the computer was bought second hand, unless the computer was originally sold by Apple with OSx Mavericks pre-loaded, you have no license to use an OS associated with someone else's Apple ID, and you would have to format the computer, and install the original OS.
Any reason you don't want to create an Apple ID?

My friend is sick and I want to buy her an iPad and load it with my songs and buy her some apps and movies. Can I give it to her and then she can log in using HER user name and buy more things? If the movies are purchased, there is no need for an Internet connection to the outside world. If they're rented, you need an Internet connection for the first minute or so that Apple knows that you're watching the movie. I do not know if a rented movie can be stopped and restarted without an Internet connection. -

As a workaround, you can hide a particular column and then convert the response to pdf.

1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address

You can directly download 10.5.2 from Apple from here. And if that doesn't work (it didn't when I just tried it -- something wrong with the apple itunes site I assume) download it through macupdate from here. -

Are you getting any error messages? Are you tapping on the download button and nothing happens? Please explain what is happening.
Without knowing the full issue, generic troubleshooting you can do is go to settings>itunes and app store>appleID>sign out, then sign back in. Then press and hold the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time until the device restarts. -
