Can you get a bill without having a line?

Hi Everyone, first post and looking for some help as Im sick of the call centre lies!
I have come on here as a last resort... As I have been fobbed off so many times I have lost count.
My problem is I moved house in June 13 and despite BT promising to connect me by installing a line and promises of 8mb Internet, it fell in to the all to difficult category. So BT and me mutually agreed that the contract would be cancelled and we would owe nothing but a couple of pounds from the last bill... So no line, no telephone and no Internet at my new place. No problem.
However, BT still persist in billing me every month for Internet and BT vision, despite countless calls and promises from Raj in India, Jewel in billing, Clare in" BT the home of sports" and the most fascinating of all the "Chat facility" which quite frankly is rubbish and manned by buffoons! I need advice in how I deal with this.
Not only is it taking up my time but my patience is is wearing thin, because I havent payed the bills the email's are now starting to threaten action... I mean what are they going to do cut me off! But on a serious note I do not want this to effect my credit rating and my chances of signing back up with BT if I move again.
So any advice on where to start so I can speak to the same person who has access to the "systems notes" who doesn't hang up and preferably speaks in a dialect I can understand and they can understand me, who doesn't promise call backs that never happen and offer to refund money I haven't paid?
Really simple problem you would think? Stop billing me for a service I have never had, I'm not a customer, I have no BT Line and you BT are harassing me.

If you bought them on your iPad then you will need to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to the Tones part of your computer's iTunes library and you can then sync them to your iPhone - ringtones are a one-time only download, so you won't be able to redownload them directly on your phone.

Delete the problem song(s) from library including file(s). Then go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Select Music tab to re-download again for free.

Unfortunately you can't. You could try contacting Apple and asking nicely, but they're under no obligation to help you. If you can wait until fall*, when iCloud is officially launched alongside iOS 5, you can probably download them all again then.
The small print at the bottom of http://www.apple.com/au/icloud/ says "some music features of iCloud are available in beta now in the U.S. only"
I can't find anything which guarantees it will work outside the US after the beta, but it probably will. iTunes Match is definitely US only, for a couple of years at least until the legal stuff is dealt with.

Locked iphone and forgot password how can I get it unlocked without having to reset my phone and lose everything?

My boyfriend changed his pass code on his iPhone 5 and does not remember it. He's tried every possible code and now his phone is disabled and says to connect to itunes. If this iPhone has previously been synced to a computer you can connect to that computer which will unlock it.
If you have not done so there is no way to use it without Restoring it and losing your information.

I'm sure that if it is possible it won't be an easy feat to accomplish. Please help and advise.

It is your responsibility to backup your music.
In the U.S, you can use icloud to get past purchases. Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.

Can you get to homescreen without home button or gestures

I have three Ipad"3"s Kiosks that block the home button from users, and restrict access to the power button.
I want to disable gestures so people can not close out the app randomly, but without gestures and not being able to access the home button without disassembling the kiosk I do not know a way to exit out of anything. As it is if i go into setting and turn off gestures i can not get out of settings.
Is there a feature I am missing that would allow me to close the app when i need to, for updates or other maintenance? Something other then turning the iPad off and back on that is.

With iOS 6 there is a new 'Guided Access' accessibility function - from here :
It allows a parent, teacher, or administrator to limit an iOS device to one app by disabling the Home button, as well as restrict touch input on certain areas of the screen.
Is that the sort of thing that you are looking for ? There is a little bit more info about it in the iOS 6 manual (chapter 26 Accessibility).

Ask the person you bought the phone from. There is no way to pass the icloud activation locked without the previous owners info.
My guess you bought a stolen phone, suggest you return it and get your money back and then buy from an authorized Apple dealer.

Since I have synced my contacts with Hotmail, I can no longer use relationships. How can I get this back without having to set up another email account?

I am currently using Hotmail with syncing enabled for mail and contacts. However, I cannot find or add the fields for family members or any relationship other than manager and assistant. I cannot add the fields manually, nor can I get Siri to assign the proper relationship to the right person (everyone defaults to manager or assistant).

Sad but true! I actually want a mocked up iPod touch, so I thought that I would get the iPhone 4S because of the camera and the flash as that is really my main interest in the product. As we know the iPod touch has a horrible camera and no flash. So can a person just get the iPhone and use it with WiFi only and bypass the phone calling and carrier contracts.

The more I research the more I'm finding that to be true. You know having a contract and service isn't that big of deal but it's the credit part that is a ***** for me. I got this iPod touch for my birthday and I really wanted to get cranking on getting free apps. I had made an account and everything, and it keeps asking me to finalize my payment plans. The thing is, is that i dont have a credit card. And all i want is free apps. So what can I do, because there is no "none" option on iTunes 10.4 to indicate that you dont have a credit card. I tried making a new account, and I selecting a free app then going through the process hoping to find the "none" option, but nothing has worked.

I submitted my information into the 'uptodate' program to download Lion OSX and it verified that I was able to get the upgrade but then nothing happened. How can I get the upgrade without having to pay for it?

When I tried to go back through and do it again, it gives me and error that says that my serial number has already been registered to the uptodate program and it wont allow me to continue any further. Is there a place I can go in my computer to find it and start the download? I got all the way to the point where I submitted my purchase (for free) and then as soon as I did that, nothing started...

Is this for a new MacBook Pro? If you are entitled to a free upgrade, but are having trouble with the Mac App Store and can't download Lion, call Applecare and explain the situation and see if they can help you. It's always possible that the Mac App Store has been extra busy lately and for some reason may not have processed your request properly.
First, though, check in your applications folder to be sure that the installer isn't already there. It's called "Install Mac OS X LIon.app". Step one is to download the installer. Step two is to run it. It will vanish from your Application folder after it runs, so if you want to make a copy of the installer, make one before you run it.
