Many TV stations have airplay enabled app or website that allows you to view its content on the Apple TV. Not all do, and where they don't you can usually work around this by using airplay mirroring. There are a small number of TV stations that block airplay mirroring.

That's a 3rd gen iPod shuffle, so do not get the new Apple EarPod headphones. Based on posts I've read here, they do not work with the 3rd gen shuffle.
You can still find the old version of the Apple headphones with remote, at online stores like Amazon. They are like the one that came with your shuffle, except they usually have a microphone on the remote nub.
Alternately, you can use something like this adapter with remote controls

Pages for the iPad and Pages for a Mac are completely different, so you have to purchase them twice, one for the iPad and another one for the Mac. The only advantage is that, if you buy another iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, you will be able to install Pages for free on all of them.
As you are running Mac OS X 10.6.8 on the MacBook, you can't purchase Pages from the App Store, so you have to buy iWork '09 on a DVD on Amazon or eBay in order to install it

TS4148 The sim card for my new iphone is not working and I can't get the sim card 'drawer' open - also can't get a telephone appointment with apple until Monday evening - any ideas?

The sim card for my new iphone 4, purchased today, is saying the sim card is not installed. I have followed the directions included on the support page but have two problems. 1. Hey Apple, can you get off my case with the spelling auto-correct?

Sometimes when I use social media I want to spell words MY way, ie- as a joke or use slang but my MBP early '11 running Mountain Lion won't let me; it auto-corrects EVERYTHING no matter how many times I retype it. Sometimes I can be on to writing the next word and it will correct the previous one. Is there a way of stopping it from being control freaky and weird but without turn the feature off completely?

yes, the auto-correction drives me nuts. the problem i see is that the keystroke they chose to accept the correction is "space".

To accept a suggested word, press the Space bar and continue typing. If multiple suggestions are shown, click the one you want to accept.

but unfortunately, "space" is a normal delimiter between words. so space is what we normally use to "continue on typing". if they chose something different, like "tab" or "space-space" it would not interfere so much because those are not so common to use at the end of a real word.
autocorrect does help me for common typos. i wish there were another option beside leaving it or or disabling it.
does anyone know if there is a way to change the delimiter? any third party software?

Can you get online via USB with OSX10.2.1?

I have a G3 iBook running 10.2.1 and a GPRS phone with a USB cable. The Phone works fine with my MacBook. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work on the iBook, and the only help i've found online was recommending using Bluetooth (which I don't have on the iBook).

You may sync your mac with iPhone via iTunes, as always with iPhones, check whether version is compatible with last iOS. Then your iPhone may sync with iCloud. I still have a 12 in PB made in 2004, it works fine with my iPhone, just it is older, the first iPhone on the market, it sill works fine, no need to replace it.
Before testing anything, backyp your data, just in case you make a mistake, always do that.

Hello billzitomer. A great feature about iPhones is that Apple has installed their own restrictions that can be managed right from the phone. While you aren't able to manage time or usage restrictions directly from the phone, you can still restrict access to certain applications on the iPhone. How can you get BTTM to work with a Gateway 2wire 3600hgv

Is the 2Wire 3600hgv compatible with back to my mac (BTTM) from outside the network?
I have been unable to successfully setup BTTM for use from outside my home wireless network. From within the home wireless network I can share files between desktop (iMac) and laptop (Macbook). But from outside the network I can not connect to the home computer. BTTM is recommending that NAT-PMP or UPnP be enabled on the router. However, I cannot locate these options on the router settings. Both computers are running the latest OS X from Mac (10.8.2)
I have done a lot of researching and seem to only find old posts for similar questions. Is there a current solution for this?

Yes, they all should be avialable, but without knowing more about your system, we cannot tell you why some of them may not show up. A good place to start would be revisiting teh system requirements pages for each product...
