Can you Hack into a BB via a Phone call?

Ok here is one for all you security pro's out there... I received a call today from a user (Curve 8330) stating that he received a call from an unknown number with an out of state area code. It was dead air on the line and he hung up. The next day noticed that his calendar was wiped out, both on his blackberry and on his desktop. He also discovered that his entire address book was wiped out and replaced with numbers (and names) of contacts in the same area code that called him. We have confirmed that his desktop outlook account synced with these new "bad" contacts.
I know this sounds crazy, but it is possible to hack a blackberry like this? I'm new to the whole BB world and we do have moderate security polices in place on the BES
Any advise... comments... questions...

It would be a first. Blackberry Security is one of hallmarks of the RIM Brand. I think it is coincidence. Added to the mix is the fact that you are operating through a BES with whatever security protocols you have in place for the sync.

Yeah, answer is no. That would likely never be changed for various legal reasons. Imagine the fallout of throw-out phones being used for this, and people's information being compromised and used. I could see them never doing this. However, you could try perhaps leaving feedback concerning it:

Can you make the Keypad the default during phone calls?...

Hi,
I'm finding it irritating when I make a call and the recording says "Press 1 for English" and unlike regular phones, I have to hit the keypad icon first just to get my numbers back so I can press '1'.
All the options are nice, but is there any way to make the Keypad the Default screen to appear while I'm making a phone call?
Also, I need to comment that I wish the speaker phone were much louder; it's almost useless the way it is. Is there any trick to getting that louder besides the volume control on the outside of the iPhone?

How many photos can you load into Organizer and Editor

How many photos can you load into Organizer and Editor at one time. I receive the error message, "Unable to Import Files", which says "You exceeded number of files that can be selecteed and imported at once...." What is the number? Secondly is there a way around this for either the Organizer or Editor to work on thousands of photos at the same time?

I have never heard of this particular limit before.
Please understand, this appears to be the limit you can import into the Organizer at one time -- you can have as many photos as you want in the Organizer; but apparently you have to import in batches rather than all at once.
I don't think it applies to the editor; and I can't imagine wanting to have more then a few files in the editor at any one time ... even if you could open 2000 photos in the editor at once, what sense would that make?

The Nano cannot connect to iCloud to download iMatch songs, playlists, etc. and iMatch is only for music you own it does not work with Nike plus.

Thats strange for me the speed resets to default as soon as I restart my pc (about when the bios engages which is however tangibly after the graphics card fan revves up to its full speed). Depending on the temperature of the proccessor it goes to 3300rpm (less than 42c) or 4500rpm (too loud for ~45c IMO and MSIs "cool&quiet" option seems to agree, it doesn't even set it as high as 3300rpm)
