Can you have FCP5 and FCP 6 installed

Hello. I am having problem with FCP 5.04 ( external Display ) which is another query in this forum, but someone suggested that FCP 6 will solve it. If I can obtain a copy of FCP 6 and install it, will over write any of the installed FCP 5 in case I want to remove FCP 6 later and leave FCP5 as it is. Thanks in advance John

The best solution would be to partition the system drive and intall a clean version of your os and FCP6 on the new partition.

Can you have Firefox and IE browsers both at the same time and if so, do you have the choice of choosing one for a default browser?

I am using IE Explorer now presently. I want to be able to download and install the SEO Blogger tool from Wordtracker but it says that I have to have Firefox as the browser. Since I have everything else already set up under IE, I don't want to have to change all that just so I can download one program.

You can have both browsers installed and running at the same time. You can also choose what one to have as the default browser.

Can I have CS6 and CC installed at same time?

I am taking editing classes at a community college, which only has CS6. I have CC at home. From all the discussions I've read about non-backward compatability (which does suck btw), I'm thinking I should also have CS6 on my computer. Found CS6 (digital and CD version) on Amazon. Yes? Yes, you can download most CS6 apps from the Download Center on creative.adobe.com. Click any app icon. From the product download page, for example Illustrator, look for the heading "In this version" and click the version pop-up menu beneath it to select CC or CS6. The large blue Download button at the top of the page changes to "Download CS6".
Note:
It is fine to have both CS6 apps and CC apps on your computer. Some users require multiple versions for different clients, etc. It's a personal preference, but in no way is a requirement to uninstall your CS6 apps in order to install CC apps.

Right now I have 2 PATA drives hooked up to the board. Is it possible to hook up a SATA drive that will be a non-boot drive for just storage purposes?

You can havepata disks + Sata, with sata as boot or not, you just need to update the Hard disk boot order in advanced bios settings.

Can you have IDM and GRC on the same stack?

HI, I am new to IDM and am a Netweaver Basis professional with some performance experience around GRC. Is it wise to place the two together on the same stack?
The customer will have 190,000 employees and lord knows what the roles will look like at this stage but I'm just a bit worried as I have seen the GRC jobs run for an awfully long time with a lot less users/roles and chew things up a bit

My architect told me that we were using the 7.1 version but in affect it runs on a 7.0 J2EE.... perhaps he is having me on. If you know for sure then let me know.... regardless I'll have a dig in the documentation.
Naturally having Project and dev share with GRC should not be considered an issue but having production, pre-production and validation instances running combined with GRC is my concern as I have seen the GRC really slow up the system. The argument they are saying is the heavy jobs will run overnight and mostly just collection and configuration of GRC during the day. They are intending to run in production with 2 instances of 3 servers.

I have searched google/apple but can't find a mention anywhere that the 4G(LTE) toggle is possible to have as well as a 3G toggle.
I have heard mention that the one usually replaces the other depending on the carrier plist (carrier update)
i.e would adding "Enable3GSwitch" to the plist file show both toggles?
In my current plist I can only see that the 4G toggle seems to be renamed from LTE i.e.
DataIndicatorOverideForLTE is set to 4G.
Obvioulsy find out if its possible to have both is needed before I rant and rave at Vodafone here in the UK.

Sync each of them as always. There is no need to do anything, just sync them to your computer.

You've posted this question in the AppleWorks community, meant for discussion of issues and techniques involving Apple's now discontinued productivity application, AppleWorks.
The answer to your Pages question depends on how, and with which licence, you purchased iWork or Pages.
If you:
-Downloaded the thirty day trial of iWork, then purchased a registration number to activate it,
OR
-purchased and installed iWork from the boxed DVD retail package,
then you purchased either a one user, one machine licence, and will need to either remove the iWork applications from your iMac when you install the package on the Air, or purchase a new copy of the individual applications you want and install them on the air.
OR
you purchased a Family Licence, which permits you to install and use iWork on up to five computers owned by members of the same family, living under the same roof.
If you downloaded Pages (with or without the other iWork applications), then your licence permits you to download and install the application(s) on any compatible device attached to the same Mac app store ID as was the Mac on which it was originally installed.

If you want Bridge CS6 to open when using Photoshop CS6, you must quit Bridge CC.
Then File menu > Browse in Bridge will bring up Bridge CS6.
If Bridge CC is already open, The File > Browse in Bridge for Photoshop CS6 will use Bridge CC and Bridge CS6 will not open.

It depends on what you want to do.
You could, for example, have one AppleID for iCloud backup [and therefore message syncing, notes syncing, etc] and a second one for iTunes [music, iBooks, etc].
But if you are looking for a way to flip everything between different appleIDs, then no.

Yes, there are even defaults for naming them, such as LivingRoom, Bedroom, etc, or you can even enter your own name with the remote for each AppleTV.
