Can you have SATA and PATA drives at the same time?

Right now I have 2 PATA drives hooked up to the board. Is it possible to hook up a SATA drive that will be a non-boot drive for just storage purposes?

You can havepata disks + Sata, with sata as boot or not, you just need to update the Hard disk boot order in advanced bios settings.

Can you have 3G and 4G toggles at the same time

I have searched google/apple but can't find a mention anywhere that the 4G(LTE) toggle is possible to have as well as a 3G toggle.
I have heard mention that the one usually replaces the other depending on the carrier plist (carrier update)
i.e would adding "Enable3GSwitch" to the plist file show both toggles?
In my current plist I can only see that the 4G toggle seems to be renamed from LTE i.e.
DataIndicatorOverideForLTE is set to 4G.
Obvioulsy find out if its possible to have both is needed before I rant and rave at Vodafone here in the UK.

Thanks Deggie very dissapointing think we need to get Apple to fix that somehow. I have used my phone a quite a bit today but not overly more than I used my 4s 100% drain of batter in 12 hours

Can I have mail and contacts open at the same time

I really want to be able to have one or more iCloud Apps open at the same time; for example, I may be looking up some info on a contact or in calendar in order to mail someone. At times I have just opened a different tab, but it seems that iCloud then gets messed up.
I am running Windows 7 at work and the latest version fo Chrome.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know in Chrome, but in Safari (pc or mac) you can open icloud.com twice on two different tab or windows and open one with contact and the other in Mail without messing up. What kind of mess to do you experience?
There is no other options to do what you want to do. You need to click on the little top cloud to switch from one to another.
Beside, I don't understand why even 2 open tab would help more than having to switch via the cloud icon. I may need to cut/paste some info from contact or calendar from time to time, but switch via the cloud icon is not really painfull.

Can you run 7 and 6.5 at the same time?

Since one of the key features I use is missing in version 7 (duration of a selection) I'm wondering if I can somehow run 6.5 along with V7 and, if so, how this would be done.

I use both (6.5.2 and 7.0.3) on my Mac mini.
You can only have one "install" of QT on the machine but you can use the QuickTime Player from both versions at the same time.
Version 6.5.2 will run "on top" of the version 7 "framework". You'll have all of the "old" menus when you use it. But you'll also have access to the new H.264 video codec.
Find a copy of QuickTime Player (maybe a back up or a different machine) and place it on your Desktop.

Yes, there are even defaults for naming them, such as LivingRoom, Bedroom, etc, or you can even enter your own name with the remote for each AppleTV.

Yes. If you want separate iTunes accounts, the easiest way is to set up 2 users on the computer, each with their own iTunes library.
If the two phones share the same iTunes account this is not necessary.

I think Justin is correct and you should have statistics in place and a reasonable partition scheme so that the optimizer selects the correct partitions rather than telling it what to do. You paid a lot for partitioning after all.
There are some, possibly misguided, examples in the manuals showing how to create a view so you can delete from a single partition without specifying the partition criteria in the delete statement. This in effect turns partitioning back into DIY partitioning i.e. separate tables, union all and pretend its a single logical table using a view. But backwards.
So to do what you want you just assume the partitions are separate tables, and then use union all to glue the ones you want back together.

SerZak is correct. There is a ten device limit. Yoy would still have to be signed into the correct ID in order to sync the Movie, even if you do not use Automatic Downloads, so the 10 device limit would still apply.

Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days. You can view which devices or computers are currently associated, remove unused devices or computers, and see how long before they can be associated with a different Apple ID from the Account Information page in iTunes on your computer:

Before going ahead on this you should definitely check with Apogee as I think they do not recommend using their interface(s) in an Aggregate device.

If it were truly a backup, then the media would play on the laptop as it would be on the laptop.
Sounds like you actually do not have a backup, instead you chose to keep your media on an external drive.
Regardless of where the media is stored, it's always a good idea to have a backup for instances like this.

I believe what you are asking is how to change the size of a window so that you can see two applications side by side. For example, open the Safari application, and drag the bottom right corner of the window to resize it, then quit Safari. When you open the application again, the window will open in the smaller size you created.
Repeat for any other applications you wish, so that you can have windows open side by side.
Alternatively, you can switch between applications quickly as mentioned above in the link.

The Mac makes it easy to have multiple applications — Mail, Safari, iTunes, Pages, iChat, iPhoto, and others — open at the same time. So how do you quickly switch from Safari, let’s say, to Mail?
