Can you help download my music on my iTouch after syncing to my husband's
My husband and I each have our own itunes music library on the same computer. My husband initially downloaded his library onto my brand new Ipod Touch. We are now unable to download my itunes library from my computer's harddrive onto my iTouch. The iTouch only recongizes my husband's library and won't download mine. What do I do?
You can only sync music from one library.
Either keep your husbands music or erase it and sync yours.

Can you help me overcome error (-50) when trying to sync the game "Phase"?
My son purchased the game "Phase" from itunes for his 80 GB 5th gen Ipod. When trying to sync the game to it, we get the following error:
Itunes could not sync the game "Phase" to the ipod because and error ocurred (-50).
Can you offer advise how to be able to sync the game to the ipod?I first tried to restore the ipod and then re-sync, however, I got the same error.
I then followed the instructions to create the appleipod.bat file method, then restore the ipod and then tried to re-sync and received the same (-50) error when trying to sync the game my son purchased. The only thing out of the ordinary from the istructions is that when I ran the appleipod.bat file, the black screen only came on for a brief second rather than a minute.
Can you advise what else I can do so that he can get the game he purchased?

I am able to see libraries on different machines on my home network but cannot share music files. 'Help' says to use the Show menu at the bottom of the iTunes window, choose 'items not in my library'......
I do not see the Show menu.First make sure you have Home Sharing turned on. This won't work if you only have Library Sharing turned on. Read my post in the thread I've linked to below to learn the difference between Home Sharing, Library Sharing and how to enable them.

I have downloaded Elements 13 - but when I go to Set-up it initialises the installer, I then say I have purchased and it asks me to sign in. But when I put in my password - I just get four boxes going round in a circle. Can you help ?

this happened after I downloaded the PSE13 SW, extracted the zip file and launched the Set-up.exe for the very first time, and on every retry.
It asked for my Adobe Id, and after entering it, those four squares started to circle and never stopped, as described by jeni69.
All I want to accomplish is to convert a photo catalog from album starter edition 3.2 to PSE.
After failing to install PSE13, I downloaded a trial version of PSE12, and installed it successfully. But now I am stuck with a conversion error. (Sorry, don´t have the English version)
Do you happen to know, which version of PSE would be capable of converting an Album Starter Edition Catalog?

I had itunes on another laptop which is no longer in use. I have changed my apple id to my email address which has completed fine. I cannot find the itunes I had on my account before that I had on my other laptop. Can you help?
Your music will only be where you put it. It does not magically appear in other places. Copy it from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some coutries:

Turn off the check mark to sync your music and also the check mark for the video. Sync the device. This will remove the items from you iPad but still keep them on your computer. Install IOS 7.1.2. Then turn on the check marks for your music and videos and resync the device.

The specific problem is that you cannot connect to the iTunes Store when using the iTunes app, even through your computer has Internet access. -
I downloaded an album from iTunes on my iPad and then i synced it with iTunes it doesn't show the individual songs in my library just the album which opens another window. One of the albums won't even play the music. Will only open the "booklet" for the cd but not the music. Can you help?

Normally, if the songs showed that it is purchased then it is probably already in your library. If not check out the article below to walk you through downloading your past purchases. You may also want to check to see if you have Automatic Downloads turned on so that way next time you can get your tracks without having to plug in and sync.

Can't see music from cloud on Iphone - can you help?
I am using icloud and uploaded all of my music, synced it to my iphone, ipad etc., but am not able to see it on these devices. When I'm at home, I see my music in the cloud, but when I leave the house it's not avalible. I have the setting on my iphone to "Show all Music"

Music is available to download from Itunes Match when you are connected to wifi..... that's why you don't need to store it on your device.
When you are not connected through wifi then your device can't access teh servers to see what is available to you. When you are connected you see all your music that is available.
When you select a song to play it downloads it, rather than stream it.

Thank youWhat program did you use to fix the internal hard drive? What repairs did it report making? More crucially, if repairs were reported, did you re-run the utility until it reported no problems found? It's possible for one set of problems with a drive to mask others.
If you have about 5GB or so free space on the internal hard drive, you can use your OS X Install disc to perform an Archive and Install to recover from the failed Software Update. When the computer restarts, download and run the OS X Update Combo 10.4.11 (Universal). When the Mac restarts after that, run Software Update. During all this, make sure nothing interrupts or shuts down the Mac! Note that the first start after each of these updates will take significantly longer than subsequent starts, so be very patient.
How did you back up your internal drive to the external one? Did you just drag things over in the Finder, or did you use a utility such as SuperDuper! or CarbonCopyCloner? Does the external HD show up as a bootable volume in System Preferences > Startup Disk, or using Startup Manager?
