Can you help me fall asleep, please?

I had a very bad installation experience about a week ago, and ended up doing a complete erase and install. That got Leopard up and running on my Mac, and almost everything seems OK now --- except for the fact that I have had the machine crash (system crash) twice while starting up (and the second time I start it up, it boots just fine) and the fact that I can't get the machine to sleep. The screen goes dark, but the fans are still on. Just a movement of the mouse brings back the screen prompt for the password. The G5 is in a sort of "demi-sleep", but not a real sleep state. There have been numerous messages about this phenomenon on this board during the past week, but I have yet to see a solution that works for me. I have an ATI X800XT card in my G5, and I reloaded the ATI display panel. That didn't make any difference. Repairing permissions didn't help. I don't have any haxies on my system, nor do I have any third-party apps that I think could contribute to this particular problem. I have two printers attached to the G5, as well as a scanner. Any chance that hardware is causing this particular problem?
Having spent the past few days reinstalling ALL of my third-party software, I really don't want to "erase and install" again, unless I really have to do so. I'm also not too keen to do an "Archive and Install". Any advice is very welcome, and thanks in advance.

Use AC/DC charger for IPOD;or make sure your IPOD battery has charged to a sufficent level; by Monitoring your IPOD Battery Icon. Re-read IPOD manual for installation setup.
The screen may not lite because your charge is too low!
When charged do:
Toggle the IPOD Hold Button On and Off.
Do IPOD Manual Reset by selecting:
Menu and Center button simultaneously, for about 6 seconds.
You may have to do this several times.
Re-try IPOD connection to ITunes; you should be able to update!

    Have you tried logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then logging back in and seeing if that 'refreshes' the account on it ?

    You appear to have just collected a variety of code snippets and thrown them together, including a section of AS2 code ( gage.onRelease = function() {... )
    The suggestion I offered yesterday still stands.  You should find a tutorial regarding AS3 and the atan2 function.  Beyond that, what you show suggests this is a school assignment.  You should seek help from your fellow students and instructor if that is the case.

    It sounds more like a virus or malware. Scan your computer with anti-virus, anti-malware of your preference.
    Other than that tell use where it redirects you. Or better yet search it in google. Most infections redirect you to a specific place and you can use that to identify what the problem is exactly. Either way you need to give us more information for anyone to be able to help you.

    You cannot redownload from another country.

    Please try couple of probable solutions as mentioned below:
    Solution 1:
    1. Close Elements.
    2. Launch the Photoshop Elements Welcome Screen and hold down ctrl + alt + shift as you click Editor.
    3. Continue to hold the keys until you see a message box asking if you want to delete Photoshop Elements settings file; click Yes. Elements will open with default preferences.
    Solution 2: In case any network printer is attached try to launch without network or printer uninstall or make different printer as default.
    Solution 3: Try launching with anti-virus off or removing PSE from conflicting list.
    Solution 4:
    On the drive on which you have installed PSE,on my machine it is on C:
    Go  to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements  10\Locales\<locale>\Plug-Ins\Import-Exportand you will find twain  plug-in. Remove that plug-in from that location and copy it somewhere  else.
    Now launch PSE and check if it works.

    I was playing with this a little bit and came up with this game model, something that I'm sure can be improved upon greatly:

    If you use a regular pattern when entering values, press enter (return) after entering the last value in a row. That will take you to the first Body Cell of the next row.
    Start in Cell B2
    1 Tab 2 Tab 3 Enter
    4 Tab 5 Tab 6 Enter
    7 Tab 8 Tab 9 Enter
    Now you are ready to type into B5 .
    Another way that some people find easier is to enter one column at a time
    Start at B2
    1 enter
    4 enter
    7 enter
    etc.
    Now start with C2.
    Use whatever suits your work flow.

    No app on the iOS device is required.                           
    - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
    - You can also wipe/erase the iOS device and have the device play a sound via iCloud.
    iCloud: Erase your device
    iCloud: Use Lost Mode
    - If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
    - Change the passwords for all accounts used on the device and report to police and carrier if iPhone or cellular iPad
    - There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the erase (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 or later on the device. With iOS 7 or later, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.
    - Apple will do nothing without a court order
