Can you ID this FONT?

Question

Really want to know what font this is (the "MIAMI" part).  Any ideas?  I suppose it could be custom lettering, but wouldn't that be a shame!?
I first saw it on a pen that my mom has, then I managed fo find it at this website:  http://www.miamiandbeaches.com/Index.asp

But you only need the light font so that only costs $30.
But if this is something you will be using for a client in various weights then it is quite reasonable at $80.00.
Back in the old days to purchase Headline type set up the way you show it would cost you more than $80.00.
If it was someone like me setting the type it would easily cost twice that.
Everyone worries about the cost of a font these days but if you think Adobe complete Collection is costly it is not when you consider that one annual report  used to cost between $25,000 and $100,000, with the incredible amount to revisions they made, just to se the type.
That does not include making the mechanicals art or the design or photography.
So in a way we are getting away with a lot at a very low cost.
Just thought I would put things in perspective.
