Can you increase the brightness of a photo temporarily while editing in PS and then return to the original brightness. My problem is that I want to delete some objects in my photo and can hardly see them.

Awesome--some of my menu choices were not the same so I had to guess but I did it and it preserved the original brightness.
My path:
View->Proof Setup->Custom->Device to simulate: sRGB ice (bunch of nos.)->Preserve no. set on
And Voila! it returned me to my orignal colors and brightness and maintained the other changes I made.

It used to be if you added the contacts photo on the iOS device they would have a large picture and if you added it from Address Book on OS X they would have a smaller thumbnail. However, since iOS5, all I've been able to get is the larger photo. Try adding the picture directly in the contacts app on your device. That should make it larger.

If by "for the Apps" you mean the app labels? No. But you might try experimenting with Accessibility settings to see if you can acheive something that will help. As for the size of text within an app, that would depend on whether the app provides that configuration setting.

When a call comes in, is there a way to increase the size of the photo to actually be able see who it is whose calling? I mean when they say "thumbnail" photo, they aren't kidding!

From within the phone, no you can't increase the size of the display photo.
There are apps available in AppWorld which may be able to accomplish this but that's the only way you'll be able to adjust the size.

The whole business of cloud storage is unclear to me. They say that you have 5G of memory free upgrade to 15 for twenty-five dollars and that this is unrelated to music and video memory. I get this, but I have purchased iCloud Match for $25 but I've quickly maxed out the 25,000 song limit. How can I increase this limit. iTunes Match does not use your iCloud account. Your annual Match subscribtion pays for separate storage to host your iTunes library. As far as I know, you can't increase the 25,000 song limit.
If you recently purchased the storage upgrade for this purpose, in the U.S. you could call 1-800-MYAPPLE for a refund if you don't need it.

How can you increase the speed with a slider

I have been trying to work at this for about a week and a
half. I browsed several communities but it seems that noone has an
answer so I am not even sure if this is possible I am not a flash
expert but what I am trying to do is as follows;
I have a movie with several movie clips. I have an animation
of a female walking, I also have a slider that when I move it to
the right bags are added on to her. but what I am also trying to
accomplish is to have her walk faster as the slider moves to the
right.
I tried several scripts but they seem not to work as I wan
them to plus they start to cancel out the bag function.
How could I make this happen if it is even possible. I want
to use the slider to increase the speed of the lady walking. Slider
and Lady are movie clips.

At present I'm not aware of any way to achieve this exact effect in Muse (where the first screen of a web page is resized to fill the browser window and the rest of the page, as you scroll down, appears to be fixed height layout).

Can you get the original bytes/format from a BufferedImage

Applications allows users to select file and then the contents of the files are embedded into an mp3 file, but also allow images to be dragged or copy and pasted and in vertainn cases I only recieve the image as an Image DataFlavor (new DataFlavor("image/x-java-image;class=java.awt.Image");), so I have the bufferedImage but I need to convert into a stream of bytes and I don't have the bytes or even the the orginal format of the image, or are they hidden in the BufferedImage somewhere. At the moment I'm always writing the Bufferedimage as a jpeg whereas Id prefer to write the original format if supported, not least because sometimes ImageIO actually renders the file incorrectly (#4881314 , #6444933).

Can you increase the viewable filename length in pages 'grid view' so the full name of the file is shown and not ellipses.

I am aware of the terminal command which allows you to view more of the file name for files located on the desktop. Is there something similar for pages?
The problem is only apparent in grid mode.

You can either hover your mouse over the filename for a second and the full name will appear, or revert to list view.

I have a .mkv file generated from a Blu-Ray disk. The MKV is AVC, codec V_MPEG4, 18.7 Mbps, 1920 x 1080 at 23.976 fps. Audio is DTS, codec A_DTS, 6 channels, 48 KHz, 24 bit, 1510 kbps. I'm looking to create an AppleTV video with the highest audio quality possible.

You export a DWG from AI and import it into ArcGIS. Read the ArcGIS help and forums for instructions and tips on how to avoid problems.

My iMovie is skipping like crazy when I try to edit and then goes to a black screen and you can only hear the audio!?!? What's happening??

I use iMovie almost everyday for Youtube videos. I have nothing in my imovie except the 5 clips that I'm editing now. I have all my media on an external hard drive and delete everything after I'm done with ( I empty all trash cans). My iMovie is now skipping when I try to edit and then the clips just go to a black screen and I can only hear the audio, this has been going on for a week and I don't know what to do?!? Any help?
