I have a Dell bluetooth stereo headset with mic incorporated.
I want to use this to have conversations with my iPod touch, using voip software.
Can this be done? I'm asking because when I pair the headset with my iPod, the new voice notes app says I don't have any mic.
In case it can't be done, can I use my headset with an added mic, connected to the audio plug in in the touch? I referring to something like this:

- Settings>iCloud and sign out and sign in with hers
- Setings>iTunes and App Store and sign out yur ID and sign into hers.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Enabling Warning for Application that is not compatible with Ipod Touch

Sorry if this has been asked before. Searching for prior posts about it, I ended up with pages of Compatibility Mode Posts.
Not thinking, when iTunes asked me if I wanted to disable the warning when an application was not compatible with my Ipod Touch, I said Yes. Searching through all the settings,Preferences and properties (or even in Regedit), I see no way to re-enable this option. Kinda nice to have the warning so I know it did not install, and would like to get it back. About the only thing I saw remotely close was the option to "Reset all dialog warnings" in the preferences menu, and it didn't work.
Any thoughts???

Rebuilding your iTunes preferences files might get that back for you, Pa.
The technique you need for that is described in the "Remove iTunes Preference files" section of the "User-specific troubleshooting" section of the following document:

Before starting out on that, set the PC up to view hidden files and folders, as per the description at the beginning of the "User-specific troubleshooting" section.
*Some heads-ups before proceeding*
Be careful of any custom preferences (EQ, imports, etc) you have set up. Take a note of those, because rebuilding the relevant prefs returns all such prefs to their default settings. You may need to set up any such preferences all over again.
You may also need to reinstall any third-party plugins afterwards.
Things to expect during the pref file rebuild ... moving one set to the desktop (on XP) causes the setup assistant to run during the rebuild. Avoid saying yes if it asks you to import all the media files on your PC into iTunes. Otherwise, you'll end up duplicating all your content in your iTunes library. Moving the other set of prefs to the desktop (on XP) means that you have to agree to the licence agreement again.

As i mentioned up top, you can do this with a silent ringtone. I have read some app's have muted ringtones(don't know of the app name though) OR, GarageBand can make ringtones on Mac. (that is where i think you would need further explaining on, if you have Mac).
The silent tone will be set as text's tone (as the same if it made noise), it will vibrate two times quick...While asleep, awake, on a phone call, still texting, at almost any time i can think of, (other than powered OFF.)
I have recommended this method, for people asking as a regular ringtone, for telemarketer's, unknown callers, and other sort of people. And YES, you will need the Vibrate turned on.

Can you make a line of text appear when hovering cursor over hotspot?

Hi guys - i'm new so sorry if this has appeared before, i've had a look for the answer but dont know what the function is called so struggled. Basically, what I want to do is have a line of text appear when the cursor hovers over a hotspot. When my app's are in iTunes under my user on the pc if I go to her user on the pc will the app's just be there or will I have to do something to get them in her iTunes? I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. I saw a similar question like mine and the answer was that you have to have a credit card linked to your iTunes account to make in app purchases and I was thinking they were right until I talked to a few friends who cancelled their credit cards and took them off of the account and can still make in app purchases so that can't be the issues. Can someone please help me this is driving me crazy I have talked to iTunes support but they weren't much support.
