I know ipad albums are more like tagging photos rather than putting them in folders. I just have a nagging feeling I missed some pics and I have too many to try to go figure out one by one. I don't look at my photos from the camera roll, only from albums I tagged just because I imported photos from different sources and the dates and order is really messed up. I just want to know that I am viewing all the photos from like this vacation or that event and there's none I missed that are only in the camera roll.

With iPhone 4 Apple will not replace the screen. They will replace the entire iPhone 4. If you want the screen replaced on the same iPhone 4, you have to do it yourself.

There are many apps in the App Store, which you can download (many are free) that will let you take a song on your phone and turn it into a ringtone. Virtually all of them will require that once you've made the clip, you do something like email it to yourself, then connect your phone to your computer, save it iTunes, then sync it to your ringtones library on your phone. Go to the App Store and type in Ringtone. Lot's of options will appear.

that suggests that there is no way to selectively not have the graphic appear 'inline'.
I think this would make a great new feature of the mail program. Some other programs that receive the email may or may not show it, but for those that always do, I would want the sender to have the option when attaching it.

The short answer is: get a third-party converter program, convert your DVDs, add the converted files to your iTunes library, then sync to your iPod as usual.
I use the Cucu soft video suite, and have been very happy with it. Costs forty bucks (though you can get the standalone DVD converter for thirty), but it's easy to use, converts quickly and offers many user-controllable settings. There are many other retail products available, as well as lots of freeware and shareware options. Videora and Handbrake are two that I've seen mentioned here many times.

Here's what I'm trying to do:
We have three iPhone 4's and two basic phones (5 lines total). I want to upgrade the basic phones to the iPhone 5 with a 2gb option, then when they come, move those phones to the lines that currently have unlimited data, then move the basic phone back to the other lines, and then cancel the 2gb option.
Would that work?
I've been told it would, but then a csr told me it wouldn't. That the data option travels with the phone.

Here's my scenario and what I was told.
If anyone is on an older family plan like I am, here's the solution that came straight from Verizon customer service. You can call them to verify.
I'm currentyly on the 1400 minute family plan. Have 2 smartphones (with Grandfathered unlimited data) and 2 basic phones on the plan. We wanted to upgrade and of course like everyone did not want to lose unlimited data. So I called Verizon 3 or 4 times and threatened to leave when finally I got to the right person.
First, you have to be eligible for upgrade. Transfer or use the upgrade for one of the basic phones on the basic phone line. You'll have to go through the whole process of selecting data for that phone etc... Select the minimum for everything. If you order online your total should come to $349 for the 32gb i5 after taxes and fees. Once you receive the iPhone, you'll activate it on the basic phone line. Then turn straight around and reactivate the basic phone on that same line. The plan will go back to a basic plan for that phone and will leave the i5 open to use on any other line on your plan. Then just transfer your phone line to that phone and you're all set. No change in that lines plan, just a change in phone, thus your unlimited data remains.
Double bonus for me, I'm on a promotional $9.99 per month for unlimited data on my line. It doesn't end until Feb. 2013 so I don't loose that either!
Only question I have now after reading other posts and forums is do I actually activate the phone to the basic phone line or once I receive the phone do I activate it on my smartphone line? Seems to be conflicting opinions on this!!

Faith: That line should remain the same since it

scheduled to ship Oct. 5th. I've already ordered based on the other reps
telling me about this process to keep the unlimited data. I just wanted to
make sure this was acurate prior to activating the phone when i receive it.

The thing is that the apple ID she typed a wrong one in the icloud settings of her new iphone.
Problem is that her iphone cannot use icloud and there is no way to change to the right one because she does not know the password of tha "wrong" account.

That is not a feature of the iPhone. You'll need to either tap tha answer button on your headset or answer the phone normally.

Can you make PSE 10 your primary editor in LR instead of external editor?

I have a Topaz filter suite as my external editor. I recently updated from PSE 8 to PSE 10 and now I look and I see that edit in Photoshop is greyed out. I could have sworn before I upgraded I had the option to edit in PSE 8 (primary) and the Topaz suite as secondary? I was thinking that maybe when I updated to 10 I lost the link, but now I am thinking that maybe I never had the link I think I remember? Someone else on another post said this primary Photoshop link only works if you have CSX (full PS) and not PSE? Can someone help me understand this. Another option would be if I can somehow put PSE as a plugin (Export) option or a secondary external editor? Possible?

Nothing happens. I did mange to get it to show up as an editor now by going to choose and then clicking on the PSE editor applicaton (.exe). It is now listed right under the "Edit in Photoshop..." greyed out area on top. I guess I figured it out. I still don't have the send to photoshp to create HDR or Panorama options at the bottom of the "Edit In" pop-up? Guessing these are only active if you have full Photoshop CSx?
