Can you please cancel my subscription plan?
Hi I need to cancel my creative cloud subscription plan and single app photoshop plan?
Can you please do this asap? I'm on the wrong plan and need to cancel them all.
The creative cloud plan is under 30 days so I would like a refund.

i am about in the same boat as you. The help is useless so is the tech support, that is if your willing to wait a few hours to reach them if you can that is. If things do not improve at adobe im canceling too.
Here is the good news i have most the abode programs i use regularly installed, they can be hacked so when i cancel i still can use photoshop and other programs. I do have the .dll files needed to do such a hack and its easy to just repace the files so it never will ask subscription information again.
so im loosing nothing but useless tech support and my online storage. Get your **** staight adobe or is hack my computers software time.

There are no active subscriptions under the Adobe ID used to post on the forum.
Please check if you used a different Adobe ID/email address to sign up for your subscription. You need to sign in on adobe.com using this ID and then you'll get the phone/chat options for our support team - Contact Customer Care

About 15 mintues ago I subscribed to this Adobe Export Convert. I would like to cancel it; it is not what I thought it was. Also, is there any phone number to talk to a person. I also did not get a receipt for my purchase.

Can you please put me in touch with the support for the trial copy of adobe acrobat XI pro which I had tried out on March 15 for 30 days. I have been trying to cancel since the cost is too much and Acrobat Reader is OK for me. I can't find uninstaller.

History - I had a 30 day trial version of Lightroom back in October. One small catalog of 1500 photos were contained in it. When I was prompted to upgrade, I incorrectly selected the option to "choose a different catalog" which prevented me from seeing my recent photos in Lightroom 5. It appears that my version of Lightroom may be a trial version instead of the version for my subscription purchase. Can you please help me with this? I will be glad to provide the serial number as necessary.

Can you please help me. I purchased the new Apple I 4s phone from AT&T. I bought it out right. NO CONTRACT!! I paid almost $1000.00 for it. I then, had it enrolled it in my company's ATT service plan. They paid the bill for my service. Since, I have left the company. I have retained, and assumed financial responsibility for the phone, and the phone number with AT&T. The same day I assumed ifinancial responsibility, I had the phone number ported to a new service provider. ( Straight Talk ) After doing so, my phone worked fine. (as far as cellular service) NO DATA Service !!!! I have been on the phone with AT&T, Straight Talk, and Apple, FOR HOURS over TWO days!!! Trying to get this problem resolved. All I need to do, is change my APN settings (access point name ) settings. Its my phone!!! Why does any body have this APN menu locked from me??? I've been on the phone for two days between, AT&T, Straight Talk, and Apple products technical support teams. Everybody points the finger at the next guy!! What can I do to get the phone, that I paid for, work for more than just a phone, and a paper weigh?
