Can you please fix the move and scale when adjusting a wallpaper can you set it up right before iOS 7 update and it aggravates me that every time I try to put a picture of my wallpaper is just Zooms in and you can't see all of the picture it wasn't like this before
Nobody here can change it. We're all just other users like yourself here.

The move and scale feature on the setting of wallpapers has not worked for quite some time now, Ive tried ALL suggestions online and none of them are working. This is an apple issue that needs to be resolved asap.
No one would know when or if an update is coming, unless Apple announces, which is rare.

My SharePoint 2013 has issue opening the top left cog: On amy page, every time when I was trying to click the setting cog and my name, an alert box will pop out

According to your post, my understanding is that you had issue opening the top left cog.
I suggest you to check whether you restrict the site in your browser. Please follow the steps:
Open the site in the browner, click tool->Compatibility View Setting->Add the site to be displayed in Compatibility View.
Click Tool->Internet Options->Security->Trusted Sites.
Click Tool->Internet Options->Security->Restricted sites->Allowed level for this zone: Medium.
Click Tool->Internet Options->Security-> Custom Level -> Cookies->OK.
Click Tool->Internet Options-> Settings -> Privacy -> Block content on sites from services that could track my browsing ->Off.

Please help ! Why can I not " move and scale my pictures as wallpaper on my iPad mini ? I can do it on my ipad and iPhone. No one seems to be able to help. I am not alone in this but nothing is being done to solve this problem. I have googled and there is a lot of discussion on this, many updates have happened , but still I am unable to do it. Very frustrating !
Do you have the parallax effect (the 3D effect) 'on' (Settings > General > Accessibillity > Reduce Motion 'off') ? If you do then you will either need to create higher resolution versions of your images, or turn that effect 'off'.

Thank youThis is another example of failing Apple programming. Reduce Motion will not fix this problem. All it will give you is a small message while you are attempting to Move & Scale the image which states, "Perspective Zoom: On", and then when you attempt to size the photo to see it, the message changes to, "Perspective Zoom: Off", yet you still can't size the photo to see it... It is a bug and I've submitted over 20 feedbacks to Apple regarding this. Apple is hiring inept incompetent programmers or else is loosing control or just F'ing up basic programming. The media drive to get products out with new exciting features has driven over the idea that you test the features well prior to release. Even if you turn off Reduce Motion, you still can't get the entire image on the screen. The image still "jumps" back to a zoomed in version, cutting off the edges. I don't see how Apple can be this awful. Their programming is famous for being simple and just working, not being complicated and NOT WORKING. This is why Microsoft is failing day by day and Apple is trying their best to join. I'm finding program errors like this day by day because Apple is not sticking to basics. How can Apple make a lock screen feature where you can't see the photo you want to see? Can they be this ignorant after so long having this bug in existence?

Animation Issue - Move and Scale
I am working with InDesign CS5 and am animating a set of images next to text. I am using the Move and Scale preset and modifying the motion path. The picture is set to enlarge 300% and move about an inch diagonally upon mouseover. When the picture enlarges, it overlaps with text and other images in the document. Sometimes, the image enlarges and is "on top" of the other images and text so that none of the picture is obscured. However, most of the time, the picture enlarges and is "behind" the text or other images, thus obscuring the image. How do I make it so that the image is always "on top" when it enlarges?

Hi i just recently brought an iphone 5S and i hear about the live wallpaper using panorama photos. I took a panoramic photo on my iphone, and i went to set it as my wallpaper but it says "Move and Scale" shouldnt it say "Wallpaper Review"? why is this happening?
I live in China as well and my iPhone5s is the model A1530 I bougth outside China. I have the same problem as Nikatnight with the iPhone while the iPad Air (wifi only) is working like a charm. It must be definitely something related to the carrier since I was abroad few days ago and everything worked well.
If you pay attention at the source of your maps, you'll discover they are provided by AutoNavi instead of TomTom and make them appear in chinese with their own border interpretation. Queries are only acceppted in Chinese (p.e. if I type in english "Los Angeles International Airport" it replies it cannot locate it)
I suppose everything will be fine when you'll be out of censorship....
Perhaps iOS Apple Maps are absolutely useless for expatriate in China.
Use Google Maps instead
BTW, I'm surprised how much Apple might prostrate towards hard power Governments.... No matter what, money are always on top! -

You are not communicating with Apple by posting here. Everyone here is just a fellow user and cannot fix anything.
The Find My iPad service may have indeed been accurate to the limits of the technology. Unless the iPad was a 3G unit, location is determined based on the nearest WiFi router which in your case could just happened to have been yours. The police may be the ones who need to "fix" their understanding of how the technology works and its limitations.
If you want to provide feedback to Apple on the matter, you can do so via their feedback pages:

I have an ipad2. PLEASE can anyone tell me if I can watch a movie purchased from iTunes without wifi (after I have downloaded the movie and hit play while connected). My husband is going for chemotherapy and the hospital does not have wifi.
Yes, if the movie has been downloaded to the iPad, then you can watch it without Wi-Fi.

SInce getting the new updates I am unable to move and scale a picture when I am trying to assign it as wallpaper or as a contact. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
It's a known issue. You do have more control if you go into the photos app, resize etc and then send it to your wallpaper. It wont' be perfect, but better.

I have noticed an issue with utilizing the “stream” function on iOS 7. If you choose to just stream the movie by hitting the play button it seems to actually start downloading (which is fine) but if you are say halfway thru the movie and stop you can clearly see that storage has been reduced under the usage, yet under the “videos” tab it still states “No Data” the only way to delete what you have partially downloaded is to fully download the video, which is fine but there is no way to tell what videos have been partially downloaded (I.e which occurs a lot when your child switches between movies using the so called “stream” function). This becomes troublesome once the capacity of the ipad is almost met and you have no way to delete this data since you may have several videos that have started to be viewed (hence partially downloaded). Apple needs to somehow make it truly streaming or provide an update so the storage can be managed. The only way I have been able to remove partially downloaded videos is by doing a total software restore. (The video data that is in question when connected to my MacBook shows up in iTunes as “other”) if you have any insight into this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

IMO opendns is either doing this on purpose (unlikely) or they're under some sort of attack/being used to attack the specific torrent sites although I'm open to other explanations. I believe using the automatic setting for DNS is using my own ISP's DNS servers (which again, work fine... but still...)
I'd rather not use Google's public DNS servers as Google is to commercial these days and I think there's potential privacy issues.
