Can you put a hyperlink on REPORT. Column in database has filename or url

I have a report that returns a column. It is a filename. If I cut and past it into Windows explorer it becomes a URL address. I would like to hover over the row in the database that I want and then either double click (or use a select box, check it and then put a button on the page that does the following:) Opens a new window: Uses Explorer to open the file. Just double clincking would be my preference. Like a hidden botton. But would have to have multiple hidden bottons, one for each row? ???
Example: if the row in the database looks like this:

I just want to open the select record. Is that possible?
Basically I want to launch a new application window. And use the filename as the input.

I have never tried it in Photoshop, but I don't think its possible.
You will have to add the url via a text layer, but actually linking it so you can click it while viewing online is another issue.

Can you update a table with a column field that has a default value

I am looking at a developer table(table_one) and basically, he has a column field called is_update and the default for that field is 1,
I was just wondering whether it would still be possible for me to use an update syntax of the form
update table_one t
set t.is_update = 0;
where t.id = 221;because I have tried doing so and the update isnt working

Can you put back the letter index to make selection of the files easy?

I have well over 1000 pdf papers and it is tedious to scroll the list to find the right file to open. The old versions had a column on the right with letters which act as an index, but with the recent upgrade or downgrade, that has somehow disappeared.
Can you put it back?

Meanwhile, please consider using Search on top of the file list to look for your documents. You can tap on the status bar to quickly navigate to the top, pull down the list to reveal the Search bar and type portions of your filename to search and open them.

With overhead for the software, the 16GB Nano has 14.88GB useable. I have 1,968 songs on mine, using 9.5GB, leaving 5.4 free. Assuming that all 1,968 songs are approximately the same length and size (which of course they aren't ), that would leave me room for ~1,118 more songs for a total of 3,086 songs.

Ibooks: how many books can you put in it

I have an ipad 1 and since the latest update for ibooks, ibooks keeps loading my books (the wheel in the right corner keeps rolling).
I use the ipad also as storage for all my e-books (i have more than 3000 books). I know E-readers are getting slow if you put too many books on it, but I thought it wouldn't be a problem for an ipad, since there is much more memory and gb on then on an e-reader.
Does anybody knows if there is an limit on the amount of books you can load in ibooks? And if there is a limit, howmay books can you put on the ipad 1 without problems?

Unfortunately we must be the only ones with the problem so no hope for us friend unfortunately..
In my case, it's an Ipad 2 , 64G no 3G which worked great.. Now, i don't remember when latest iBooks was updated, but today i realised my iBooks kept on refreshing forever and not showing ANY books.. (((((
I also have many ebooks which is what's common in our cases.. Other than that, I tried everything, turning on off ipad, loading itunes and trying to throw some more books in there just in case, eventually deleting from ipad and installing again from itunes iBooks... NOTHING worked.. Unfortunately..
I'm VERY disappointed since my ipad cost me about 720 euros and the PRIMARY reason i got it was about reading e-books... (on a sidenote when i purchased it I was shocked to see iBooks was not even already bundled in - thought it was a joke)..
Hope someone from apple might read this and help us.. :////////////

That could be a challenge. If I am not mistaken that camera strictly records to DVD - RW and has no digital output connectors, is that right?
My only experience with a camera like that was a bad one. I was able to get the video off the disc using a tray-loading iMac but it was painfully slow.
iMovie (for example) is designed to work with camcorders such as those specified in this reference:

You might consider finding an external USB slot-loading DVD drive, but as I say my experience was painfully slow, and you might run into file format compatibility challenges.
I am sure it's possible but it won't be as easy as importing video from something like an iPad or iPhone. I still use a camcorder on occasion but it has a FireWire port. That's easy.

For iso documents it's needed to have a version counter in the word document itself. If the km version number could be copied into the document this would greatly reduce the number of errors.

you would have to implement a repository service which subscribes to creation / modification of resources, then checks if the resource is an MSOffice document, and in this case modify this document again (this is also a trap, you would create a new version(!) and your RepService would get called again; without care, you will quite fast create an infinite loop..).
To set properties on a MSOffice document you could use http://jakarta.apache.org/poi - anyhow, as said, this sounds like not being very reasonable in the case when using versioning and / or approval services.

I want to make a dvd that has several different iMovie projects on the dvd separated with Chapter markers. Can you put an existing project into another existing project in iMove and then mark the separation with Chapter markers? Then you can save it as one project and export it to iDVD.

A better way is to create different iMovie projects, then export them as Quicktime files (best quality), import those files into a new iMovie project, make them different chapters, then to iDVD.
