I just got some hard cover photo books in and I want to change the outside (dust sleve) cover page. Can I re-order just the outside cover page?

You could try getting one printed locally. While viewing the book Control (right)-click in the window to bring up this contextual menu:
Selecting Preview Book will create a PDF of the book with the dust jacket at full size which you can save and take to a printer and see if they can print that particular page on glossy stock.

Presently after exporting and burning each photo is identified by the file name rather than each individual title description.

File name and Title are not the same thing.
Filename is attached to the Jpeg file in the Finder.
Title is attached to the photo within the Jpeg file - as is the description. These are written to the Exif and IPTC metadata on export.
So: File -> Export. Kind: Jpeg or Tiff and Check the box at 'Title and Keywords'. This will write the Title, keywords and descriptions (though not explicitly stated) to the metadata. This can then be viewed in any app that understand this material.
You can choose, if you wish, to also use the Title as a Filename - that's an option at File Name

I have the Diablo III install DVD - it's both Mac & PC install.
But warning - many players (on a PC board) dislike the game & stopped playing it already...
I played thru all the chars on 'normal' and started playing the 2nd difficulty, but running away (=being chased) by enemies is NOT my style of playing a game...
Check some youTube videos & see if that's what you want to do...
The ratio of hit points (HP) for enemies is:
1. normal - 20 HP
2.nightmare - 6000 HP
3.**** - 150 000 HP
4.inferno - 1 000 000 HP
This is for the same enemy...

Are you referring to using a Pay As You Go SIM? If so, then you would need to purchase the phone outright from Apple. That would require you to pay full price. People paying monthly on their phones are doing so through their carriers and that is because they have service with the carrier. While not necessarily a contract, they do have service with them. You would need to contact a carrier to get your question answered if they would allow you to purchase a phone in the manner you describe.

You do not need to purchase service from a carrier unless you want to utilize the iPads connection to a 3G Network on it's own (directly). You may choose to add a Tethering plan onto your existing cell phone plan and to have an iPad connect to the Wifi connection that the Tethered phone would offer.
Always compare your usage and your costs, as your mileage may vary.

However in order to give the image more movement I would like to recreate the picture, but have failed in figuring out which filters to use. Can you please help a student out? Thanks for sharing that piece of information. I was only aware of creating posterized effects in Illustrator, though the
re is a posterize filter in Photoshop too. I'm learning as I post so bear with me. I find that providing a helping hand can't hurt unless you're way off base. In this case I guess I should have provided my suggestion as an alternative rather than stating that it could only be best done in AI.

Currently, the order in which the phone numbers appear (in a contact) is dependent on the sequence to which you enter them. There is no way to change that order other than re-entering them in the desired order.

I want to give an iPod Touch to my mother who is technically challenged and doesn't have WiFi.
I only want the iPod functionality, not the browsers, email, maps, or any other feature.
Is there a way to disable or remove default apps that you don't want?
ps: I do not want an iPod classic., it''s interface is harder to learn than the touch.

I too would like to remove some of the default apps. Personally, I find the YouTube, Stocks, and Maps, useless to me and its just a waste of icon space. And whats with the "The touch may not be for you". Seriously, if someone wants a touch but doesn't want some of the default apps, that doesn't mean the touch is not for someone. I think it would be a smart move for Apple to revise the iPod (and iPhone, if people can't remove default apps on there) so that we may remove the default apps that we don't use. It makes absolutely no sense to just "move" the app to the back if we don't even use the app. That's like saying "you may not have any use for this app, but its here because we want to force you to keep the junk we give you". And it sounds a lot like a Microsoft move for the all the Windows operating systems they have released (up to Vista, so far) forcing Internet Explorer on all its users and not allowing us to remove it because it was integrated into the Operating System. Supposedly, Microsoft is growing up and letting the user to actually disable (maybe even remove) Internet Explorer in the upcoming Windows 7. What about Mac OS X, does it force Safari on its users, like its forcing some of these unnecessary apps onto the iPod Touch? I wouldn't don't know, I don't earn quite enough money to buy myself an iMac or MacBook (and I've even heard from several people that its more expensive to get a gaming Mac than a gaming PC with similar hardware configuration). Only Apple product I own so far is an iPod Touch.
But I will give Anna credit. Anna at least answered the question.

The question has nothing to do with what the mother is going to use the iPod for, so don't post a response like that, its one of the reasons that causes short tempered people to flame other people.

So, here is my question: Has anyone developed an app that would allow us to remove the default apps, or a tool that will guide us in removing some default apps?
And preferably the app or tool be in the most legal possible way. Wouldn't want to ask for something that is illegal.
