hi i am wanting to start again with lightroom 3, try to put my photos in the correct files etc can i delete everything then re start again without having to re install the software?

No need to re-install. Go into your catalog, click "All Photographs" and select all images. Then hit Del to remove all images from your catalog (you have to decide whether you want them deleted from your harddisk also because they're copies of not!!).
An alternative would be to delete the catalog (the .lrcat file) and its previews (the .lrdata folder) and start a new catalog when opening LR again.

I too don't like this. I would like to be able to use Touch ID for purchases on the App Store, Apple Pay, & Apple Store without having to use a passcode to unlock my phone. Why not allow the Touch ID to be app specific? Let us use it when we need it, not force us to use it for everything or nothing at all. That ***** that you have to set up a Passcode for your phone if you want to use Apple Pay. I didn't know about that. I haven't set that up yet because I'm waiting for them to support my credit card. Now I'm thinking I may not use Apple Pay. What a pain! Come on Apple, let us pick and choose what we want to lock down on our phones!!!

I'm creating a website for a community group. I'd like them to be able to update their annoucements and events without my help if they need to. For events, we can use a Google calendar but if they want to update the front page with an announcement or something, I'd like them to able to do so. Some of the people are ok with code but do not have access to Muse software.

Yes, I've got the Creative Cloud thing so I was going to host it there. It's a community garden that's just getting started and I'll be traveling for a few weeks this summer and I'm afraid that they may need to update things while I'm gone. How can you delete an app without losing saved data/progress? Is there a way through iCloud? I have an 8gb 4th gen iPod touch. I have a lot of music, so with 8gb, space is limited. Some apps I have take up 20-30 MB. Some of these games I don't play that much, but I don't delete them because I have made a lot of progress (levels, scores, acheivements). It would be nice to delete some of these 30 MB apps that take up precious space, and them redownload them in the future when I have more space, but without having to start the whole game over.
Also, I read somewhere that there might be a way to do this with iCloud, but I don't really know how.

Essentially no. Your watch has to connect to an iphone to be of any use.
Once you do pair your watch and phone and you are in a known wifi area, you can turn off Bluetooth and your watch SHOULD connect directly with wifi. I've found it doesn't always connect.
As of right now my bluetooth on the phone is OFF and I'm on wifi and can get notifications, play games, imessages, check instagram, etc etc.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

As for turning motors on and off, SignalExpress is not meant for control applications. For controls, you should use LabVIEW either entirely or use a LabVIEW VI from SignalExpress. To do the latter, you could use a LabVIEW VI step in SignalExpress that will execute a LabVIEW VI that does the control processing and outputting that you want. That way you could work in the SignalExpress environment for all the data acquisition, and you would only have to use LabVIEW to program the control VI (or VIs).

You didn't save the iWork trial.dmg somewhere by any chance?
You have not move enough parts of iWork over to the new computer. There are files in
Users > your name > Library > Application support > iWork. Get the iWork folder
MacHD > Library > Application Support > iWork '09. Get the folder
To get into the users Library you have to on Mountain Lion in the Finder click on Go in the menu while pressing down the Option key.

Yes, this has been allowed with Adobe applications going back many years. A program such as Photoshop can legally be installed and activated on two computers at a time for the use of the single licensed user. You can't install legally on your own and a friend's computer for use by the two different people. Prior to Creative Cloud, there was an unwritten limit on how many times a given application could be activated, but there is no longer such a limit under CC. That means you could theoretically install on three or four computers, activating only two at a time, and then deactivating one or both before activating on another computer.

Yes, I can export to pdf without the notes. I was wondering if it was possible to send someone the slides in PPT format without including my presenters' notes.
They are lecture slides for a class, so I am giving my students copies in pdf, but I might want to give them to someone else in a format they can edit and use as slides, but without having my notes to myself in there. I suppose it's not designed for such an option, as far as I can tell, hiding the notes doesn't make a difference if exporting to PPT.
