I need some free sport footages, for tennis, soccer, basketball...I need high quality footages, of course...
Can somebody recommend me some good web pages for downloading those footages...I don't have any budget for this project so I decide to ask you for some help about this.

There are a bunch of sites that occasionally offer some free downloads. No site I know of has an extensive library of this type of footage. Your best bet is to search the web daily until you find something you can use.
There are also some very reasonable stock footage memberships out there. Some as little as $19 per month. I don't know anything about the quality because I don't use very much stock footage in my work.

Can you recommend me a display, please?

OK, it's not really for me, it's for my mother - she's been staring at the little MacBook screen, hunched over and complaining about not being able to see properly!
OK so she does take it on the road with her at least a couple of times a months, so she needs it small like that -
but while she's at home, I figured I'd get her a Monitor to plug into, so she can see things bigger and clearer.
Can you recommend me a good monitor, doesn't have to be Apple, for her desk? I guess 23" and above would be best, don't you think?

Well, I'm real fond of my 23" Apple Cinema Display.
But, for an option, and a bargain, check out the 20"Acer AL2016W. I put one on my daughter's G4, and it is a sweet display. They also have 22", 24", and 26" models.

Regarding the communication between CM and CMTS, it's not clear what are you exactly looking for. However, you can find a good diagram here to understand the Cable Modem Initialization process (the process to establish communication between modems and CMTS). Newbie to unix / what are some good books

Hello Unix world, i'm very new to the world of Unix. Just got a sunblade (with solaris 10), and i'm in the process of putting it on a x86 machine also.
What are some good books out there for someone like me? I took linux 101 in college, but thats about it. I''m looking for a book(s)
to take me from the position that i'm currently in (equivalent to my mom on windows), and put in into a position where i will be able to take a few Certifications(solaris 10).

On hands experience is always good, when it comes to books i'ld recommend any O'Reilly book, like their "UNIX in a nutshell", even if i haven't read it myself i suppose its good :-)

All I can say is that I REALLY like my Touch 4th gen because I have all sorts of capabilities in a small form: e-mail, web browsing, news, weather, books, magazines, etc. etc. Plus lots and lots of apps out there, including so many free ones. I use the Cloud a lot so it's great to have everything sync'd to my MacBookPro (e-mail, Evernote, Pocket, etc.)
It would be easier, though, to do some of this, especially magazines, on the iPad mini, but, again, I love the small size of the Touch.
As for the 5th gen instead of the 4th, the fifth has Siri and the 3D feature in maps, which are great. And I'm sure it's a lot faster in iOS 6 than the 4th gen. And cool colors!

I looked for 3d book, there are not that many in bookstores, bought one "Ready-to-Run Java 3D" Wiley by Kirk Brown and Daniel Petersen.
It's friendly but not very good at explaining things. Tutorials here on the site is much more helpful with simple but very useful examples.
I wish I did not spend money on the book.
