I'm trying to calculate % of Revneue with in grid. Rather than making the file larger by adding another grid with the Revenue values, I'd like to know if there's a way to reference another file which already includes the revenue data. Thanks

My issue is that the spreadsheet won't fit on a page - it's several worksheets and the margins aren't the same. What I'd like to do is imbed the numbers (or excel or pfd or jpg) icon as part of a summary paragraph. If the reader wants to see the spreadsheet/document/photo, he/she can click on it and open the spreadsheet (or pdf file). I've done this with LotusNotes (yes, I'm dating myself) and believe that it can be done in Word. So I am hopeful that there is a way to do it in Pages.

In the Finder? You probably have a sort selected in the Sort By submenu in the View menu. However, the order of icons in icon view won't have any influence on the order of the images in the slideshow, I think. Use iPhoto, this is one of the things it's made for, the Finder is not.

I process in my working Grid. It start with Alias: English. Now i want change alias from English to Default. But when i change alias, it has error.

I have found it. One of four (POV, Pages, Column, Row) has no dimenson. So when i change the alias table, this error appear.

When Exporting data through EAS, how/where can you change the delimiters within the output file (ie. space delimited vs tab delimited vs custom)

This is where I will be shot down in flames but at least in 7.x I am unaware of any configuration option that allows you to export in anything other than space delimited.
I guess you could write a shell/perl script that could change this outside of Essbase

Acrobat 10 is already installed in my PC. Every time I try to read a PDF file on the web, FF tries to download it instead.

As recommended above by Bernd Alheit, I posted this on the Adobe Reader forum. There, I received the advice to repair the installation under the help menu, which I did and it fixed the problem.
Similar to your solution but found it's a fix found under "HELP" menu and not Add/Remove.

Delete a possible user.js file and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in the current Firefox release.

You want one backup (ie Time machine) and one (or more) data archive of just all your raw files (drag and drop, or cloned etc.)

Yes you can do this - either the way you're already doing it by editing the published content or by changing the source code in the template itself.

In short, what you have to do is show package contents for the iWeb app, open the Resources folder, open the .lproj folder for YOUR language, likely english, open the Templates folder and then one by one, for each page-type folder you find in there, you have to show package contents for your chosen template, unzip the index.xml.gz files, find the hyperlink settings in the XML, turn off the underline setting, save the file again and rezip it. Then any NEW pages you build will not contain underlined links. It sounds worse than it is.
If you tell me which template you're using, I'll go look in the file and tell you how to turn the underline code OFF. But you should read my instructions at my site before you even try to do this - I outline some things you should know before even opening up those XML files.

I am exploring how to use iCloud drive now...and had a basic question. Can you share large files from it in a similar way as you can with dropbox? This is a great feature of dropbox...or google drive when mailing large files just doesn't work.

If you make an alias to a folder on iCloud Drive, you can drag it to the Favourites in the Finder sidebar. That is the best I could do.

One further question, if I may: in Panther (which is where I've aggregated nearly 7 years of mail), if you copy more than one file in the Finder, switch to Mail, and paste the files into a new message, only the file names paste in. If you copy one file and paste it into a Mail message, you get the file, not just the name. Is that still true, or has that (IMHO) bug been fixed since 10.3.9?

It seems very disappointing to have to keep an old version of illustrator just to open these files. I also find it interesting that many of the key tools that freehand had over illustrator are not translated into the newer versions of illustrator. Something simple like you still can't have a unique picture bullet • before text in illustrator. In freehand you could cut & paste any graphic into the text you were designing.

No. The conversion plugin didn't make it into CS6 so the last import function was CS5.5

At this point, it is the only way to make your files convert into Illustrator although I've had some luck with exporting to EPS or (if your FH graphics are simple enough) save as AI format. Keep your eyes on this project however : http://www.stagestack.com/

As a fellow FreeHand user, I couldn't agree more. Other users of both programs have said this endlessly over the years here. A litany of features are still m.i.a. since FHMX was acquired years ago... including inline graphics. It's almost comical.

Okay, So What you can do is
1. Read get the version from your database and redirect it to a text file(SQLCMD outout can be directed to text file using -o option or windows redirection operator >)
2. Now you can read this value from the text file either inside a batch file or a powershell script and decide what operations you can do.
