Hello Raimonds,
To answer your question, you are not able to check your ink levels from ePrint Center. The only thing that you can do in ePrint Center is monitor the status of your recent print jobs that you send via ePrint and monitor the status of connection of your printer to the ePrint Servers.

There are 2 separate issues here:
- The Apple 30 pin to USB cable was redesigned to remove the 2 button squeeze feature pricesley because of your issue with the buttons falling off and consumers being unable to disconnect the cords. The newly redesigned cable removes these 2 side buttons for a shorter 30 pin connector that will work just fine in Apple devices. - The issue of your iPad reporting that it isn't charging is a DIFFERENT issue. Your USB cable is FINE. The reason you are getting this message is beacuse the Power Adaptor that the USB cable plugs into isn't providing enough electrical juice. If you are plugging your USB cable into your PC it might not be getting enough power. If you are plugging it into your iPhone Power Adaptor (5W) it isn't strong enough to charge your iPad with it on (it will trickle charge if you have your iPad off). What you need is the Apple 12W charger for iPad. Your original power adapter that came with you iPad 2 was a 10W charger that Apple no longer sells. Can you access ~\Users\Sharing from a PC on the network?

I have a mixed home network of 3 PCs and one Mac Mini. I want to store all the digital music on the Mac Mini and share it with the PCs.
I have successfully created networking links between the PCs and the Mac. For example, I setup a MYPC account on the Mac and I can map a PC network drive to \\MacMini\MYPC\Music. This works fine, and survives a reboot. BUT IT ONLY GETS ME INTO THE FOLDER ON THE MAC WITH THAT USER'S FILES (MYPC), NOWHERE ELSE. So it's not a directory everyone can use (public).
I am trying to map \\MacMini\Users\Sharing and I can't get to it from the PC at all. I've tried using the IP address also. Nothing gets me there. This is after being connected in as an authorized account on the Mac. I thought that folder was open to all? Any suggestions?
I've also tried using a public folder on the Mac account to share. Also unsuccesful. Each PC user can easily see their own public folder (and more). Sometimes after I'm logged in, I can directly type in the address \\MacMini\MacUser\Public and see it, but it's intermittment and unpredicatable. I'm, open to this route, if I could get it to work.
This is a real head-scratcher. Please help me out.

Can you cluster two nodes from subnet A with the cluster itself residing in subnet B?

We have a situation in a cloud deployment where the servers are automatically provisioned through a cloud portal with IP addressed from subnet A. Because we require static IP for clustering, the static IP can only be provisioned from subnet B for
use by the cluster. Is it possible to create a cluster from the two nodes in subnet A from a cluster IP in subnet B? I cannot find any mention of this particular network configuration for a Windows cluster. We are using the cluster to support
SQL Server 2012 AlwaysOn Availability Groups.

Did you try to create a new VM then give it an static IP from subnet B then check if the VM can be accessed from outside ?

How can you see page previews in Folio Producer for pdf folio files?

Hi,
When we load pdf folios into Builder, Producer doesn't show us a preview of the page like it does for the jpg folio loads. If you click on the page area for the pdf folios, it just gives you a red box. Is there a way to see the page previews for the pdf folios like you can for the jpg folios? It makes entering metadata more difficult without being able to see the page preview.

Can you no longer have a background color for the text box in the new version of hp photo creations

just updated to the new version of HP Photo Creations, used to be able to have a colored background for the text box - is that no longer possible in this new (not better) version????!!!!! Uuuuuuuuuugh

Thanks for asking. We're working on bringing back that feature. In the meantime, here's another way to add text backgrounds: Add a placeable graphic and then click the Arrange button to send it to the back, behind the text.
That approach also gives you more interesting shapes. The new alignment guides make it a snap to align a graphic with a text box. In the example below (it may take a day for the image to show up here), I also used the new Premium Editing Features to change the color of the graphic.
P.S. — Applying a thick border to an empty text box (also using the Premium Editing Features) is another way to create a background shape. That has the advantage of letting you pick any color for the box. You'll also find several new text styles at the bottom of the new text menu.

I received an email regarding Creative Cloud. It looks like something we might use, but we run PCs. Can you develop apps on a PC using it that can be uploaded to the app store?

How have you set up your Page set-up?
It has to agree with how you are feeding the envelope in and what printer driver you are using.

Can you link 2 photostreams from separate iPhones to the same mac iPhoto via iCloud?

Myself (iphone 5) and my wife (4S) both have an iphone but share the same Macbook pro.
I have just set up my photostream to sync to iphoto in our Macbook via the icloud.
Is there a way of also synching my wife's 4S photostream to the same iphoto.
I don't want to make extra users or mount the iphoto elsewhere, I'm basically hoping for a quick fix that means we can seamlessly contribute and utilise the same folder with all of our folders!

Can you change a group of PO's for the same Service Receipt Approver?

When a Manager leaves/moves teams, we run a report via SQ01 to find out which PO's are still open, and manually go into each and change the Service Receipt Approver tot he new Manager's ID. This is to ensure workflow works correctly for approving the receipts. This is quite a manual process, is there a way that you can do a 'find' and 'replace' type thing?

To update my query further, I know you can use "MASS" transaction but not for a user defined field. Does anyone know of something similar for a user defined field, or how to add these to the MASS trasnaction facility? Would prefer not to have to write a program to do it.
