There is a trade in program at some Apple stores but that is usually on the order of 10% of the value of the new device, so your $100 price point does OT work. You can check with your Apple store to see if they are participating and the amount.
It is usually more profitable to sell yourself, such as on eBay.

If you choose to buy a secondhand one, use a site such as Amazon or eBay, or from a physical store which carries used Mac products, and ensure that the device doesn't have an activation lock set before buying it. If it seems far cheaper than Apple's refurbished price, it probably does.

. As Apple said in June, iOS 7 is not compatible with the 4G iPod.
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB
Try:
