You need to convert your mpeg files to an editable format for imovie. If they are mpeg1 you can use mpegstreamclip (free), you can use the same application for converting mpeg2 as well but will need the QT mpeg2 playback component installed (not free).

If you have updated to iOS7, this is incorrect.
To mark and file your mail as junk on iPhone, do this:
When looking in your mailbox at the list of emails:
1. Choose the email you wish to send to Junk (do not open it)
2. Swipe it to the left.
You will see on the right 2 choices: Trash or More.
3. Choose More
Now you will see the choice to move it to Junk. When you do this it will create a Junk folder for that mailbox.

iCal is designed for personal use, and isn't really meant to handle this sort of situation.
The best suggestion I can offer, though it's a trifle untidy, is: create a calendar for each therapist, giving each a different colour. Enter the availability for each therapist - if it's on a weekly basis you can make them repeating events. Then add the individual appointments, which will show alongside in the daily view. In this example, the 'purple' therapist is available from 1030 to 1700 and has appointments at 1200 and 1500.
If you have more than a few therapists available at any one time it's liable to look a bit messy, but it's the best I can think of at the moment.

How to export your PDF file to Word file:
1.Log into https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html with your Adobe ID and password
2. Select "Export from PDF' from right pane
3. Click "Select Files" button then choose your PDF file for exporting to Word file
4. Select a format like docx or doc for Word file
5. Check On for "Recognize scanned text in" if your PDF file contains scanned images
6. Click "Export" button
7. Download the Word file by clicking "Download" in the progress bar
8. Open the Word file in Microsoft Word for editing.
Or you can export your PDF file in Adobe Reader
1. Launch Adobe Reader and open your PDF file
2. Select "Tools" and click "Sign In" link to sign in with your Adobe ID and password
3. Select "Export PDF"
4. Click "Convert" button
5. Click "Download Converted File" link to download the exported Word file to your computer.

No you cannot. There are no plugins for iMovie 11.
Final Cut Pro X allows plugins, and you can even create your own transitions and titles with Motion.

Can you recommend a good iMovie '09 tutorial?

Although I like the new features in '09 I am not happy with the major overhaul. I was completely competent with iMovie HD before '08 came out. And again after mastering '08 now iMovie '09 comes out. I'm hoping Apple will stick with the current rendition and focus on improvements without another major overall.
With that said I need to find a good training source. I have three small projects and a large one that I need to get started on. And I really don't have the time nor patience to learn as I go. I looked on Amazon and David Pogue's got a book coming out in a few weeks. But I couldn't find anything else. Has anyone found a good tutorial yet for this version? I've seen the Apple tutorials (if you can call them that) and they're pretty weak.
Hopefully someone has found a good resource.

Can you roll back the iMovie 9.0.6 update as it has trashed iMovie for me?

Since the auto update of iMovie to 9.0.6 I cannot open iMovie and more - it just crashes every time trying to import the projects. I either need to KILL all old projects or roll back iMovie so that it is usable!!!

There's a workaround .. delete the currently installed iMovie app. Then reinstalling will give you iMove 9.0.6.
Use this free utiilty to uninstall iMovie > Download AppCleaner for Mac
Once it's uninstalled, you can re download iMovie for free using the same Apple ID it was originally purchased from.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.

Is it posible to tag a pdf map?

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Dave's right about using ALT text to describe the overall map.
What you can do is break your map up into sections the way you'd see a street map, and then give a tag to each of those. In the ALT TEXT for the tag, you could add information like the name of towns or villages in that map segment, roads running through it, ranges of street numbers, and so on. It wouldn't be perfect without a great deal of work, but it would definitely be useful.

Can you tag fields to display or hide based on user input?

I have a 25 part form that my users access quite frequently - currently it is stored in 25 Word documents and the end users choose which ever parts they need and copy and paste into one form. I am tasked with creating one form with all 25 parts in it - no big deal there, but the form must function so that only the text that they choose will display and the rest is hidden. Is there a way to tag text fields conditional based on end user selection?
For example - There are check boxes with a number followed by a text box with a sentence or 2 up to 5 or 6 short paragraphs. The users would like to select the check boxes required and have that text flow into one letter and the check boxes with respective text that are unchecked do not display.
Can I put each check box and subsequent text in a subform and somehow code it to display when the user wants?

If you look at your heirarchy you can find the following..
1) I wrapped all the fields from "OMFS/Excessive" onwards into a single subform. This will make page1 to have only two subforms (subform_1 and subform_2).
2) Inside Subform_2, I wrapped each of the text information that is to be displayed/ hidden into a subform. And then changed the content type to Flowed and set the height to Autofit.
3) Similarly I moved each of the checkbox question also to a subform. Changed the content type to Flowed. and set the height to Autofit.
4)Finally changed the Page1 content type to Flowed.
