Can you track page changes in iWeb by date?

I have a friend that needs to back-up/show his page changes for regulatory reason reasons. Can this be done in iWeb?
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the discussions. iWeb doesn't provide an automated approach to this — but you can easily duplicate pages via ⌘D in iWeb and drag them to another site (in iWeb's left side-bar) which you've reserved for holding old pages. See this _video tutorial_.
For general backup, see this Apple doc:

    Can you track source of clicks on the "clickable" icons or track links in Dreamweaver?  I know about Google analytics for a page body but don't know for clicks.
    Thanks in advance

    It's called "event tracking".
    Here I will use Google Analytics and jQuery to record click event from any element with the class "clickable".
    <p class="clickable" id="clickable-element-1">Clickable element 1</p>
    <a class="clickable" id="clickable-element-2" title="Clcikable element 2" href="#">Clickable element 2</a>
    <img class="clickable" id="clickable-element-3" src="img/image.jpg" alt="Clickable elment 3" />
    <script>
        $(".clickable").click(function(e) {
            _gaq.push(["_trackEvent", "User interaction", "Click", $(this).attr("id")]);
    </script>
    More on Google Analytics event tracking: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/eventTrackerGuide
    Any tracking code should provide you with event tracking method. You can also write your own - I'd use AJAX call.

  • I cant find my ipod can you track it for me

    i cant find my ipod can you track it to find it and tell me

    If you set up the Find My iPod service prior to the iPod going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors: the iPod is turned on, connected to a WiFi network, and has not had the Find My iPod service disabled. Log into icloud.com and go to the Find My iPhone section. Note, though, that you'll only get the location of the WiFi router to which the iPod is connected; there's no way to pinpoint the exact location of the iPod itself.
    If you did not set up Find My iPod, then there is no way to track it. Notify the police and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPod (the iTunes Store, for instance).
    Just FYI for future questions, we're all just fellow users here. You're not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums.
    Regards.

    How Can You Track Your Ipod If Lost Using The Serial Number?

    The find my iphone app has nothong to do with it.
    That app simply allow you to find other devices using your ipod.  It has nothing to do with fining the device on which it is installed.
    If you set up the find my ipod feature that is built into your ipod and the ipod is on and it is connected to wi-fi and it has not been restored, then you may be able to get an approximate street address using icloud.
    Othrewise, it cannot be tracked.

    Can you add page numbers to the PDF version?

    Hello saradianapasik,
    If you start with a document created with Acrobat Pro, or exported from your word processor as a .pdf, then you should include page numbers in that originating application. After you have exported a .pdf form from FormsCentral, it is no longer editable.
    I hope that helps,
    Brian

    Can you highlight or change font in notes?

    Settings>Notes>Font. You can choose one of three fonts for Notes but you cannot use more than one font at a time. When you change the font - it will change all of the text that you type to that font.

  • HT204053 Can you sync pages files on different devices with different apple ids?

    Can you sync pages files on different devices with different apple ids?  I have a personal iPad and one given to me for work. They are set up with two different apple IDs.  I do all of my lesson plans in pages.  I want to be able to create plans on both devices, but need to know if there is a way to sync the files without emailing, etc.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    No, that's not possible. A better way of working around this than emailing the documents to yourself is to use a third party storage solution such as Dropbox and a webDAV server to upload the documents.

    If you turned on find my iPhone, on the iPhone itself before it was lost and it is still on, then you may be able to track via iCloud.  As it has been a year, that is very, very unlikely.
