I have created a signature in mail on my mac. Can I transfer that to my iPhone 5 and Macbook Pro with iCloud or is there another solution?

iCloud includes as part of its suite of services Apple's free email service - it has nothing at all to do with any other email services you subscribe to.
To get another account on your device, you need to set that account up, using that account providers settings.

Sure.
There are several possibilities.
You can connect the 2 with FW and start one as Target (keep T pressed during boot). You will see the second Mac as external HD and do the transfer with Finder.
Or you can connect the 2 on the same net with Gigabit Cable or WiFi and again use Finder.

I've been sharing an iTunes account with my husband for years, and finally created my own when I bought a new iPhone. Can I transfer all my songs from my husband's iTunes to my new account somehow? You cannot transfer them to another account.
You can put the songs on your computer and sync them to your device.

I loaded pc suite yesterday and synced my phone as it was faulty and being replaced. I have got new phone (same model) but pc suite recognises it as different phone so I seem to have lost all my contacts, messages etc. Is there anyway I can retrieve them, I have to have my contacts at least. The phone is a 6500s if that makes any difference.

I have 50+ notes on my iTouch device and just realized they weren't syncing to the iCloud.
I did get that fixed, so now my problem is... how can I transfer them from "on my iPod touch" to "iCloud"?

Notes are not part of an iCloud backup as documented here:

As I recall, iOS 5.1.1 is too early to support iCloud directly. If I'm wrong, on your original iPad, try Settings > iCloud and turn on Notes. Even if you could do that, it would probably not copy your notes to an iCloud account.
I suspect the simplest way to move the Notes will be to simply transcribe them to your iPad Air. But it really depends on what acocunt housed your Notes on your original iPad.

Since the pawn shops have the device in their hands, they have no need to try and track it, which again is not possible unless Find My iPod was set up. As Philly_Phan said, all the pawn shops do is check the serial number against stolen property lists.

Can podcasts be sync'd between Macs using iCloud?

I enjoy the fact that (most) of my iTunes library sync between my iMac and Macbook air and iPhone - with little effort on my part - using iCloud and iTunes match. One small, but annoying, feature that appears to not be present is podcast syncing. Have I missed something? Is there another switch I need to turn on, or box to check? Or, as I'm begining to think, will this be included in an update? Thanks!

Well actually, there is a point. When I listen to my podcasts on the iPhone then sync to my iMac, all is well. However when I'm on the road with my MacBook air, it does not recognize my updated playlist. It never has. Simce its impossible to sync the iphone to 2 computers, I have dozens of already listened to podcasts on the macbook air which I have to sift through and delete. iTunes match should have the ability to sync the podcasts as easily as it syncs my iTunes content. I'm sure there are apps that take care of this, but I was wondering if apple would have a workaround in a future release.

Keynote presentations created on Mac can be transferred to iPad easily in many ways:
- Connect your iPad to iTunes and switch to the APP tab, scroll down to the application section, locate Keynote and place a copy of your Keynote file in the Keynote section and click apply - the file will be transferred to your iPad -- after you files are transferred, open Keynote on your iPad and in the Thumbail View of all the files Tap the "+" button on the upper left and Copy from > iTunes - your file will then be read in and opened in Keynote for iPad
- Emailing a copy of the Keynote File to yourself is also an easy way to get your file onto your iPad - on your Mac open your Keynote file then Share > Email > Keynote and this will send you an email with your keynote attached. On your iPad, open your mail and TAP & HOLD on the Keynote Attachment, then Select Open In > Keynote. This will open your file in Keynote on your iPad
- If you have Dropbox, you can transfer files that way as well using the Open In... option.
Note: you should be aware that not all features of Keynote for Mac are available on your iPad - you may encounter some font substitution and some builds, animations and movements may be substituted or omitted. Apple has posted a "Best Practices" article here:

Yes, you can restore a backup from an older iOS version to a newer, but not the reverse, If either phone is jailbroken, there's no predicting what will happen, including bricking the new phone.

You can't do that via iCloud.
Connect the iPhone to a computer (Mac or PC) and copy the photos to it. Connect the new phone to the same computer and move the photos to it.

Specifically, I used the Migration Assistant to move music and photos from my old PC to my new MacBook.
Somehow, I missed the fact that it was creating a new user account when it was doing this. So none of music and photos are in the user account I originally set-up. Instead, all these files are now in a different account.
I'd like to consolidate all my files on the one user account and delete the other one.

you can crop files from one account to another using the Public Dropbox which every user account has. Log into the user that has the files you want to move, then drag the folder you want to the new users' dropbox:
I suggest a small scale test on a few files first before moving gigabytes of files.
