You won't be able to remove the existing iCloud account, restore or erase it without know the password. If you ever update it or restore it you will not be able to activate it again and use it without knowing the correct ID and password.

Is there anyway to tell from the Settings menu on the iPhone or from a menu in iTunes that the phone has been unlocked. My wireless carrier has allowed me to unlock my phone because I will be spending an extended period of time in another country. Leaving in a few weeks. They have sent some kind of notification and bit of software to the Apple server. According to the instructions, this unlock instruction will be loaded on my phone next time I sync on iTunes. But I won't be able to tell if the unlocking has been successful until I arrive in this other country and put another SIM card in the phone. So my question: is there a menu on the iPhone or in iTunes that provides any indication that the phone has been successfully unlocked?

However we are receiving an error when attempting to enter data in the field which we have this edit. Error property: line through cannot be set because doing so would violate the document permission setting. any idea how we can get around this issue?

You can control which fields are locked down after signing by setting up a collection. Then those that are not locked can be changed after signing. If this is not possible, then the line outs must occur prior to signing.

The problem with doing it in Pages '09 as rotated content is that the Headers and Footers are not rotated and there is inherent clumsiness in the rotated content usually being too large for the page when viewed at 90°.
Best to make it in two or more separate documents.
