Can you use objects as "cut outs" for other objects when they are only bitmaps?

Hi, If this is possible, this would help me a TON.
I am using Flash CS4 professional
I will explain the issue. I have made a tree with a tree trunk and on top of the trunk I have made steps. I am making a Flash Game and you have to go up this steps to continue on the level, while being able to collide with the parts of the tree that aren't the steps. To do this, I would have to cut out the parts on the trunk that are the steps. I have already made the steps. It would take a long time to remake them when the trunk is isolated as a selection and delete the part. If there is a way to just put the already made steps on the bit map and then use it as some kind of cookie cutter-like thing, it would be VERY useful for many things. If something like this exists, or if there is any way to do something like this, PLEASE TELL ME !

If you want to keep your contacts and other data you sync with iCloud separate, you'll have to create separate iCloud accounts, which will require different IDs. If you share the same iCloud account/ID on multiple devices, the synced data will be merged and will appear on all devices syncing with the shared account.
You can still share the same ID for iTunes; it doesn't have to be the same as the one used for iCloud.

You can if you connect a hard drive that has been formatted correctly to the USB port on the AirPort Extreme.
Apple does not officially support Time Machine backups for this type of setup, but you could store regular files this way.

Does anyone have any advice for a way to completely free all references to InternalFrames and their contents when they are closed? It appears that many references to the frame are held deep within Swing. Can i use keypad without cutting out speaker?

When I need to use the keypad to input numbers while I'm in a call, the speaker cuts out. Sometimes it takes a few seconds for the sound to return, so I lose the answer, usually from an automated system. Other iPhone users say this should not happen. Any way I can fix this, or is the phone broken?

When i completed the creation , SAP required a new request and it said the object only can be imported to SAP standard package .
But i saw the help from SAP said :

Hi Carlos...
First , You will never be able to use any standard SAP Package for your custom programs. So don't go for it.
So in your case what you need to do is , when you save your Lock object ,
- if you want Transport request to be created , then
in the screen shown you need to enter the Z package name (the same package as that of your ABAP Program)
or
-if you want it to be stored as local object , then
specify package as $tmp

How can you use the same Apple ID for music and apps but have a different iCloud

Collectively in my family we have 1 iPhone 2 ipod(4th gen) and 3 iPad mini's and we like to buy music and apps through the same Apple ID so that we can all share it but we also have a problem about the iCloud.
My son has one iPod and one iPad and he would like his contacts and messages to be shared between HIS two devices but he would also like all of the pictures taken in the family to be shared
The same for my daughter and for me.
Is there a way of selecting which devices share what????

You could and should set up different iCloud accounts in "Settings > iCloud", so that every user has its own email account, calendars, reminders, notes, storage for backups and app data (files etc.), by the way everyone could also use his own account for iMessage (Settings > Messages > Send & Receive) and FaceTime (Settings > FaceTime) so that you all could write and call each other.
Next the Apple ID for music, apps and other media: You all could just set up the ssame Apple ID in "Settings > iTunes & App Stores" for all your media purchases like songs, movies, apps etc.

You can do that without any problem, and that's what most people do. You will only need to format the HDD with exFAT or FAT32 (do it on Windows), and it will be read by Windows and OS X

Can you use Find/Change to search for many different words at once?

I have an 80 page catalogue in Indesign (CS5) - it has several thousands of catalogue numbers listed as text within it. I've just been given a list of 1000 catalogue numbers to search for and if they appear, remove them - is there any way to search for them all in one go, rather than one by one?
I've started using Find/Change to search for the catalogue numbers but seem to only be able to search one catalogue number at a time that way.
Any ideas welcome!

GREP can search for more than one phrase "at once" (i.e., in one operation), like this:
word1|word2|word3

is a bit too much to copy-and-paste into the single Find What line. There is a limit of ten or twelve (or something) OR phrases you can use in GREP.
On the other hand: GREP is great at finding numbers. If all of your catalogue numbers obey some basic rule, for instance "all of them consist of 6 digits and there are no other numbers with exactly 6 digits", well, that we can probably work with.

Yes, you'd need to not only pay the annual USD$99 fee, you'd need to either have or develop the necessary skils....it's not what I would call a trivial effort, tho, so be prepared for a steep learning curve.
The term 'app' is a general term for iOS applications, which can take many forms. An app that specifically targets Newsstand on your device would be configured by a dev to tell iOS about itself, etc. so that it works as intended. In general terms, the work to get it into the store is the same as any other app, but again, it won't reside on the homescreen on it's own...it will be found inside Newsstand the app.

There's a difference between an iTunes gift certificate and an iTunes gift card. The Apple Gift Card FAQ specifically says:
