Can you use the I pad power adapter with the I phone 5 lightning cord?
Can you use the I pad or I phone 4 power adapter with the I phone 5 lightning cord to charge your I phone 5 without damaging it?
Yes, the iPad charger has more wattage so it would charge your iPhone faster then the square iPhone charger.

Can I use custom query in DB Adapter with Polling
Hi All,
I am getting problem while using db adapter with polling. Can I use custom query in db adapter with polling.
I am using 2 tables; table 1 and table2
Structure of table1 is as:
File_name
Batch_id
Creation_date
Status
Structure of table2 is as:
Batch_id
Employee_ID
Last_Name
First_Name
Middle_Name
Group_ID
Site_ID
Dept_Num
Report_id
I have to use below query while polling to table1
Select count(*) as NOSEXP, Report_id
from table1, table2
where table2.batch_id =
table2.batch_id
and table1.Status= 0
group by Report_id;
I mean, when I use DB adapter to poll table1, I have to use above query.
Can you Please suggest on this.
Thanks in advance.I will check for existance not based on Primary key but based on three other fields in the table. I think , by default DB adapter configured for MERGE checks for existance based on PK. Can we change the Primary Key in the mapping file after the DB adapter is configured. In that case , will it check for existance based on the fields , I mention.

Yes, No problem at all.
Want to give one to wife.do I need to open a new iTunes account for her?
No - you can share the same iTunes account (my wife and I share the same account). But when you sync the iPads, just remember to select the correct content for her iPad and the correct content for your iPad. -

12. Can I output via Mini DisplayPort to an RCA or S-Video connection?
No. The Mini DIsplayPort connector allows output to Mini DisplayPort, DisplayPort, VGA, DVI, and HDMI connections when using the proper cables and adapters. However, output to RCA, Component, or S-Video connections is not supported.
- The current Mini as one HDMI out. The Min somes with a HDMI to DVI adopter. Howver, the HDMI output only outputs digital signal and thus yo will need a converter to convert that digital signal to analogue composite
- The Min also comes with a Thunderbolt port which accepts the min display connector. However. based on 12 above it does not seem to support composite. The 12 is from

Can you use any program to upload music onto the zen creative juke

DM wrote:Can you use Limewire to transfer songs to a Zen player? But if its corrupted then it might cause your player to stop working.
FYI: Normally, Limewire will indicate that a file is corrupted and give you the opportunity to continue with the download or cancel it. -
My daughter is going to the US and Canda soon and we want to get an ipad to contact.
Can you use an ipad purchased in Australia?
Also is it best to buy a prepaid sim card here or overthere? The 3G telecom in the USA is AT&T, so she will need an AT&T microSIM and then to activate a data plan from the iPad.

She can activate the data plan for a month with a bank card and then deactivate as she wishes. Hopefully AT&T will allow an international bank card.

Can I use my old iPhone AC Adapter with my new iPad mini
Just bough myself a new mini retina but was wondering if I could use my old iPhone 4 AC power adapter with it i.e. plug the new lightining to USB to AC Adapter.
The iPad's power adapter is a bit bulky and anything so I don't end up taking a hundred power adapters on holiday tomorrow!
Looking at the details they say:
Old charger:
100-240v ~ 50/60Hz 0.15A
Output 5V == 1A
New charger:
100-240v ~ 50/60Hz 0.45A
Output 5.1V == 2.1AAnother option is that you can take ONLY the iPad mini's 10W charger with you instead of the iPhone's 5W charger. It's not that much bigger than the iPhone's 5W and will safely charge BOTH devices. It's really not recommended (& not considered compatible by Apple) to use the 5W charger to charge devices requiring a 10W or 12W charger. Yes, as was mentioned above, you CAN use the 5W to charge the mini Retina. It will take longer and the charger will likely generate more heat. Personally, I'd just take the 10W charger. It's safe and compatible (officially by Apple) with both your iPhone 4 and the iPad mini Retina.

Using Alu Power Adapter with The new MBP Unibody 2009 ? (Both 85 Watts)
Hi,
Can i use the Power Adapter off my Aluminium MBP 2.5 GHz,15" intel core 2 Duo (MacBookPro4,1), with the new Unibody 15" 2.66 GHz(MacBookPro5,1)?
They are both 85 Watts.
The Power adapter for Aluminium is :
Input : 100-240V - 1,5A 50-60Hz
Output : 16,5-18,5V, 4,6 A Max
Delta Eletronic
The Power Adapter for Unibody is :
Input : 100-240V - 1,5A 50-60Hz
Output : 18,5V 4,6A, 16,5V, 3,6A
LiteOn Technology
Thanks for The Lights. That's correct, I meant to type 85W.
Can anyone advise what the impact will be of using older 85W adapters with the new MBP's that come with a 60W adapter?
Is there a shorter battery life in the long-term, or is the new battery designed to cope the same with either of these power adapters?
