Hi there!
Got 4 new sets of S750 from Creative, trying to solve the Random Reset on S750 issue!
All the sets suffered from this issue....
Creative support wants to hav my set for tests...
They think is not "normal"....
Please, can you, users who had this issue on your S750 post here your experiences with this problem?
Did you got it solved? How?
Appreciate your help as I got my S750 in February 2005 and since then, I had been on a nightmare with exchanges after exchanges with no results!

If you read the second link I posted, it gives more details about this. Lithium-ion batteries last longer with shallow, not deep, discharges. This means if you use it every day, draining the battery partially (maybe to 60-80%), and charge it back up to full, that's good. But if you use it every day draining it until the battery is completely empty, that's bad and will shorten battery life. That's why I keep it plugged in when near an outlet.
Refer to Table 2 in the Battery University link I posted: "Table 2: Cycle life as a function of depth of discharge. A partial discharge reduces stress and prolongs battery life."
But let's be realistic. If you cannot reach a power outlet for most of the day, then you have only so much control over your cycling pattern; use the battery as you need to get your work done, even if that means emptying it frequently. Simply budget for a potential battery replacement sooner than other users. Apple does provide a battery replacement service for a fee.

i have the ipod touch 4th generation and the screen is white, i was going to charge it and it turned white. I have tried to reset it but the apple logo will not show up and it will not turn on! i just got it for christmas... can you please help?
The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. Try closing the Camera app:
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal the Task Bar
2. Hold down the Camera app for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Tap area above Task Bar to return to Home screen
If the above doesn't solve the problem, do a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider -

Your WiFI chip has failed. The phone needs to be replaced. Bring your phone and $199 to Apple for out of warranty replacement. If your phone is still under warranty, then the fee will be waived.

I purchased my IPHONE about 2 months ago. I am visiting family in DE & this tuesday it starting to go off & on by itself. Then the icons looked like they were floating . Then I could not call or text . The SIRI device would not work. Then it would shut down then the apple icon would reappear. I took it to a verizon dealer in Rehoboth DE & they said it BUGGED OUT/It is in a RESTORE MODE. It will not turn on. We could not transfer anny of my pics or contacts. I never even had a chance to back up the memory on ITUNES.
The tech @ Verizon said to contact APPLE to trouble shoot and try and transfer the contacts from my yahoo acct.

Ginaset up your yahoo account in mail, contacts, calendars as an Exchange Account and you should be able to get your contacts from Yahoo from there.

I fould a hack that makes the sites think you have the latest (Intel) version of Flash installed. So I installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari. Here's the info.
Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.
