I want to cancel my in-app purchase from NBA Gametime. My little cousin purchased the $39.99 mobile league pass and i dont want it, What do i have to do to cancel it? PLEASE HELP

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
If its not in your purchase history, you should report it to your credit card company instead. -

Canceling failed in-app purchase?
Details on the situation:
I went to purchase something in-app, but I was failing to connect to apple. An hour later I was able to confirm the purchase, and the purchase went through succesfully.
Now every time I open the app, it requests my Apple ID password. I've put it in multiple times and I've clicked cancel many times, but it continues to ask for the password. No transactions are being made (thankfully) and yet it keeps asking for my Apple ID password.
I've checked the in-app purchases section of the app, and it says "transaction in progress," but nothing happens when I input my password.
Now to the main point:
How can I cancel in-app purchases that are labeled "in progress"? And I mean permanently. I'm tired of clicking 'cancel' every time I open the app and the window pops up. If you want to refer to this dormant / failed transaction in-app purchase more easily, just call it a pseudo-purchase.

How can you cancel an in-app purchase that was declined?
I inadvertently selected an in-app purchase for $7.40 with a $5 balance on my card that of course was declined. I want to cancel that purchase but now can't get into the app because there is now an update. I can't update because of the declined purchase. Is there a way to cancel it?
Because it was declined, it's still looking for the $7.40. I could put more money on my card, but I don't want to complete the purchase. And since the App Store is waiting for the declined amount, I can't update any of my free apps because it needs to have $1 available.

I have already tried to contact the support center for the app/game where I tried to make a purchase (Zynga), but I'm not sure how I should go about contacting iTunes about this issue. Will iTunes even be able to do anything about it? I tried to make an In-App purchase on May 19/12, but received several error messages as I was attempting to make the purchase. As a result, I did not receive the game tokens I was trying to purchase, but I was billed for 4 transactions. I received receipts from iTunes detailing my purchases, even though none of the purchases actually resulted in me receiving any game tokens. Any advice on how to proceed?

If you don't want to be able to make in-app purchases then you can turn them off on your iPhone via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'. You should also be able to set 'Require Password' on the Restrictions screen to 'Immediately'
