Cancel Adobe Cloud

I need to cancel my adobe cloud today. I need a phone number or an email address. I already sent theresponse to the email I got to join. What else can I do to cancel this.

    Hi. I can no longer create PDF's in MS Office. Before I installed and ran Adobe Cloud, this worked. Now, after cancelling Adobe Cloud, Adobe has also shut down the PDF feature that worked without problem before. Adobe now wants me to subscribe to make Acrobat work. No way.     Depending on which version of MS Office you have the Microsoft Save As PDF option is either an add-on or a feature.
    If you are using MS Office 2007, then  it's the Add-on and you need to either run repair for it from the Add/Remove Control Panel or reinstall the add-on.

    If this is a later version of MS Office (2010 or 2013) then the feature should be available and you should run repair from the Add/Remove control panel.

    The support people keep asking me to direct call adobe support. I´ve bought my subscription through Brazil´s Adobe Store, that doesn´t sound correct for me.

    How do I transfer files between Adobe Photoshop touch and my adobe creative suite applications on my mackintosh computer? I do not want to pay for additional adobe cloud services. In addition I have concerns over the privacy of adobe's cloud for certain images. As a retired plastic surgeon, I have used Photoshop for years to help with public and patient education. Final posted images can have privacy concerns addressed. I do understand that I can transfer a single layer from Photoshop touch back to the computer by mail or camera roll. procreate has a Photoshop export tool.
    Where is Photoshop touches export tool? if the only tool is through the additional monthly charges of the cloud, you are alienating loyal Adobe customers.

    Thank you for your help. I have finally figured out and shared my first image. The fear was that I was going to be charged a monthy fee just by using the service. It would be nice if there was a footnote with something to that effect. All I was seeing was the monthy and yearly fees.
    Finally found this, boy it was burried.
    What happens to my files in the cloud if I cancel my membership?
    If you cancel your paid membership you will still have access to the free level of membership, which provides 2GB of storage.   • I want to cancel Creative Cloud ... but can't get through to the gatekeepers

    Like so many others I've been tearing my hair out in an effort to cancel Creative Cloud, which has never worked on my computer.
    I tried the 1-800 number, but after costing me a lot of money (due to long waits and a per-minute charge on my phone plan) the line dropped part way into the conversation. I have since left a forum message some days ago with and Adobe employee (Rajshree) who seems to be the one person on earth able to implement a cancellation, but she has not responded.
    It's infuriating that you can sign up without even trying but that it's so hard to get out of your subscription. As a loyal customer who has given many thousands of dollars to Adobe over the years, I'm saddened to report that in the course of this ordeal I have gone from loving the company to regarding it as despicably devious.

    Thanks so much Rajshree. Finally getting through to Adobe support feels like a miracle.
    To answer your question, yes I used the same email address for Adobe registration and chat support. It never would have occurred to me that using just one address would render the system unworkable, but frankly at this point nothing would surprise me. It'd be nice if somebody could fix that.
    Now that I've reached you, PLEASE CANCEL MY CREATIVE CLOUD ACCOUNT as I have requested. Email me if necessary. You have my email in the system. But please don't instruct me to go to some forum I can't get into. this is the only one I can find, and the pop-up says you are staff.
    Since I never used it, and since I have spent countless frustrating hours trying to get through by phone and internet, I hope you will have mercy and not charge me any more than the hundreds I have already paid for Creative Cloud. Indeed, a full reimbursement seems reasonable to me given that I could never get it to work on my computer, and I could never reach support.
    Having said that, let me make it clear that I WANT OUT ... now and forever.

    Look at the discussion in the forum.
    The popular discussion section doesnt start with billing. But most of the discussion topics that are nightmares are billing .
    Its because nobody that works for ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD actually has to pay for the service. So they have never gotten the SHAFT by needing to pay a past due payment.
