Cancel Adobe ExportPDF Annual (Other,English) subscription
Hello, I need to cancel Adobe ExportPDF Annual (Other,English) subscription. I am currently unable to sign in to myadobe, and have been on hold with customer help telephone line for over an hour. How can I cancel this subscription?

Yes - although it can be tricky. You will need to create 4 different adobe.com accounts using separate email addresses. They will act like completely separate accounts.

Do you need to change the language that the ExportPDF website is displayed in? If so, you can do that easily by following these steps:
Log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.
Click your name in the upper-right corner, and then choose My Information.
Choose a different language from the pop-up menu at the bottom of the window.
Click Close.

How do I cancel Adobe ExportPDF?
I purchased it to convert a PDF that was not printing clearly with the expectation that once in word I could change the font. Having done the conversion - the document is unusable and in many places totally unreadable. Given the quality of the output I will not try to use it again. Can you please provide a refund.

Can I chat or talk with a human on the phone? I have an Adobe ExportPDF Annual. So, if I cancel today, I still have to pay half of the fee? I only used the service once or twice. I was looking for a phone number to call. But, I seemed to have been in a loop. I kept getting directed to this forum. I would have really appreciated a quick link to a phone number. I just bought Adobe ExportPDF Annual and it is not what I thought it was. I do not want it and want to cancel the order. I cannot find anwhere to contact anybody. Getting so frustrated! It says I can cancel it on my Welcome Email, but it wants a serial number, which I cannot find anywhere. I bought it as a download, so not sure where to get the serial number at.

I've checked your account (using the email address that you've used here in the forums), and all I see is an ExportPDF subscription that was canceled in June of last year. I don't see any subscriptions started in January. Did you purchase the subscription via Adobe Reader for mobile? If so, those subscriptions are handled by the various App Stores (Apple's App Store, Google Play), and Adobe doesn't have record of them.
You may want to Come contattare l'assistenza client to discuss these charges with an agent.
