Cancel annual subscription in 1st month

Hello,
the email adress I used for the subscription is [email protected]
I need to delete the photography plan since I'm not using it and remain with only adobe muse.
Is there any way I can do this until the 25th of Dec?

I am having the same issue with customer support not being available through chat. Is there a way of establishing that I tried to return my subscription well before the initial thirty days was up? The chat says there are people ahead of me in the cue, and has each time I have been on it. It would be good if I could do this by email so that I don't have to wait around all day...
Does the fact that I filled out the chat form saying I would like to return my product ensure that I will get my refund?

    I purshased on the 20th of Oktober the monthly Premiere  and after E (mean I pay each month)
    Actually I did not have time to use it.
    I decide to cancel it on the 18th of November as I'll not have enough time to use it during next
    months.
    What can I do, to have my CC payment refund as I canceled it during the 1st month of use? I followed the
    explications but it's like an unending line, I always come back at the start....

    Hi, I want to cancel my Adobe creative annual subscription, I read all the comments on the related posts and tried everything: (Login into my account page/Mannage my plans and products/Cancel subscription button) .It tells me to contact support but I am always being sent to the support page, which only offers me the forums option. No chat, no phone. All links related to canceling end up sending me back to this support page. This is an never ending loop. I already spent one hour trying to figure out.

    I would like to cancel my creative cloud annual subscription. Agreement states that I have to pay 50% of remaining contract. If there are 8 months left until next renewal, I pay 4 months. Does that mean I have access for the 4 months that I pay for?

    If you signed-up for a 12-month contract, and cancel mid way, there is indeed a billing for 50% of the remaining contract obligation. You won't be able to sign in to Creative Cloud applications after you cancel your contract.
    You can cancel this online as well by using the Chat instead of Phone.  I hear the response time on the Chats is much quicker. Also you can get a record of the chat emailed to you at the end, so you personally have a record of the conversation that took place.
    The Chat link is just above the Phone link at the bottom of the page, once you've clicked Still Need Help? Contact Us link. Contact Customer Care Note that you must be logged in with your Adobe ID and password that is associated with your account to see these details.
