I my 4 year old Dauther purchase a 99$ apps yesterday whitout my permission.
how can i cancel the order

Officially the iTunes Store does not allow returns once a purchase is made. But you can contact them, explain the situation and ask. Go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.0.1. For the iPad Mini the iOS is 6.0.2. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

Canceling Apps on ePrint Center

Do you have an App on your printer that you find less than stellar? Tired of seeing it on the panel as a selection? Do you want to be rid of it so you can focus on the apps that you like? It is now easier than ever to cancel an app!
To cancel apps on ePrint Center (EPC):
Log in to EPC and then scroll down the page, there should be a section called “My Print Apps”. There you should see all your apps listed with their icons.
Hover over the one you want to remove it should highlight that App and in the upper right corner in red letters the word “Remove” should appear along with a red “X”.
Click that X and that takes you to another page where you can then see a larger picture of the app and a little description of that app. Under that blurb, you should see a green check mark and a little grey buttons one of those buttons is labeled “Remove”.
Click that button and it will remove it and then offer the option with a blue button labeled “Add to Printer” if you would want to add it back. Once you see that Blue button, you have removed the app. This process works on scheduled delivery apps too.

Under "Managing Scheduled Delivery Print Apps" you can use "Cancel and remove a Scheduled Delivery Print App" to actually stop the coupons from printing.

If you wish to disable the whole ePrint system, you can simply remove web services.
The instructions are in this following document in the section "What if I lose my printer code before registering my printer?" up until step 7.

If you buy an app or additional upgrades by mistake, is there a way to cancel and get a refund?

All sales are final.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but I wouldn't expect it.

Well, of course you can't find how to do this. As apps are generally non-refundable. You buy them, and it's yours now.
But you can check with iTS and may get lucky if you haven't abused anything.

Cancelling app subscriptions on phone

I have an app subscription on my phone and it has way too many bugs to be paying $4 per week. I am trying to either get a refund for the months it hasn't worked, or cancel the entire subscription if a refund isn't possible. I looked under settings/app store but there was no place to manage subscriptions. When I click on Report a Problem on the itunes receipt, it doesn't show me where to log a problem. I app developer is aware of the problem but cannot issue refunds or cancellations because it goes through itunes.

Cancelling app update due to bugs in the update?

So I recently updated an app (Infinity Blade 2, if that matters) along with other apps, but I found out that IB2's new update is bugged and immediately I disabled my WiFi and shut my iTouch down before anything started updating. Now IB2, along with other updating apps, are unusable and greyed out. I don't want to lose any data that I have in IB2 by deleting it, but I don't want to lose the progress and changes on it or any other of my apps that I've made since my last backup on itunes. I'm not even sure if my backup was successful. Is there any way for the apps to cancel the updating process? Will they automatically cancel over time? What can I do about this? Thanks.

If you have a copy of the previous version in your iPtunes library then you restore from backup. I know of not other way unless resetting the iPod resolves it. To reset.

Yeah, if it was available in the past, and now no longer is, then your only option is to restore it from a backup, which does not really sound like it would be feasible for you. There probably is a good reason why it is no longer available, so sounds like it might be best to just delete it entirely.
If you go to the iTunes Store (on your Computer) or go to the App Store on your device, there is a "Free App of the Week" selection on the "Featured" screen:
Maybe that's what you are looking for? No app needed!

My son has ordered lots of apps on my credit card as I didnt realise you could do this after I had put my password in up to 15 minutes later. I have changed this setting now but have received an invoice from Itunes for over £30 and I dont want these apps, is there any way of getting my money back?

It's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

1 week later still no broadband just cancelled app...

Really fed up now My broadband went off last Friday night and I'm still no further, the final straw was last night when another call from Mumbai to tell me that me the appointment for today ( Friday) won't be till Monday! . They tell me they have checked my line over 4 times and the problem lies in the house. My phone line crackles and the broadband has been on and off intermittently for a while now. Sick to death

The chances are that if you have a noisy line this will be the cause of your slow speed.
Have you tried a known working corded telephone in the test point of your main socket? If it is noisy to there then you have a line problem causing the problems.
Most noisy line faults do not show when they run a line test.
