Cancel CC single app & keep CC photography program

Can I cancel CC single app for $49.99 a year but still keep CC photography program for $9.99 a month?  I only use PS and LR.  I signed up for the single app before the photography program became available.  I don't want to lose the updates to PS or LR.  Thank you.

    For future viewers of this discussion when contacting our support team at Contact Customer Care it is imperative that you be logged in under the account tied to your membership/subscription.  While there is cancelation options available you will have an increased chance of being offered an opportunity to contact our support team if your account entitlement can be verified.  For this to be done you will need to be signed into the same account as your membership/subscription/registered software title.

    Today I upgraded a single app subscription to a complete suite subscription.
    I had 2 x single app subscriptions and I have tried to cancel the other single app subscription but can't online....?

    I checked your account information. No, you will not be charged fees for changing the plan. You are continuing to use the same product but at a cheaper rate. Enjoy using the software.

  • Successful Switch From Single CC to Photoshop Photography Program

    Today's the last day to sign up. Use Adobe Chat. Open 24 hrs. day, 7 days. Don't bother with the telephone. Clearly write out your situation, and what you want done. Save the chat dialog, in case you need it later. Look for and save the email confirmations. Here's what worked for me: "I purchased Photoshop CC August 12, 2013 (order # AD0089-----) for $9.99 per month for one year. Since that date, Adobe has offered unlimited $9.99 for the Photoshop Photography Program, which includes additional software. Has my account been upgraded to that newer program? If not, can you please do so? Thank you!"  In my case, the Adobe chatperson was probably juggling multiple chats at the same time. He cancelled my existing CC. Provided me the link to sign up for the Photoshop Photography Program. I signed up, and paid. I received two emails–1. canceling the old  (Your Creative Cloud membership has transitioned from Paid to Free), and, 2. confirmation of the new subscription (We received your payment - thank you! Here are the details about that order for your records). Success.

    Well it’s not easy it seems. Some got help in two minutes others, like us, nothing?????
    Perhaps it only works in the USA not in Europe?

    Hello, same here too. How do I change to the Photoshop offer.
    I have been trying to speak to Customer Services for 2 days now - despite promise to call me back I am still waiting. (At the time of writing I', listening to that damned musak - waiting waiting....)

  • Want to change from Single app plan to Photography plan. As usual 24/7 chat closed.

    I currently have Single App plan but want to change to Photographer when renewal date comes around which is 21st Nov 2014. The 24/7 support it seems is never open. Anyone any ideas. Does one simply cancel the old and start afresh.

    When do I cancel and restart? My year commitment on Single App is up on 20th of this month I believe. If I cancel old and restart new today, will it wait until the final day of agreement to actually make the change? Am I going to get stuck somewhere in neitherland and not be able to access PS? What about time differences around the globe? I live in asia at the moment. Why is it so hard to have a simple change procedure like you have for upgrading to Complete CC?
    You guys must know how frustrating this is. Seriously, why are you so remote from your customers? What is wrong with email? I can talk to companies like Amazon for example and have a reply to a simple email in hours, why not Adobe??? And going by what I see on the web, the issue with your chat facility has been ongoing for months. What is going on with your company???

    I just switched my plan from single app Photoshop $19.99/month plan to the Photoshop & Lightroom $9.99/month plan because I don't use everything on the larger plan. My original renewal date was in either June or July. Will I be charged fees for changing my plan today?

    I'm accustomed to using NHC's VideoPad and Microsoft's MovieMaker but I'm just too old and/or stupid to grasp Adobe's excellent editor. I cannot even cancel my membership without help!  I did not have any difficulty getting the program but canceling it is not easy for me.  Thank you anybody,  JIM

  • How do I cancel my single-app membership for After Effects?

    I have already read the instructions from Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud and I tried to cancel my subscription but I can't actually find a way to do it from Adobe Account Management. Right now it says After Effects has expired but I want to know if it is possible to cancel it in order to avoid future charges on my account.

    I wanted to puchase photoshop for illustrations, but should I do the photography or single app?  The photography is 9.99 per month and single app is 19.99 for the same app?

    So it sounds like while the special promo is going till 3/31/2014 that I should take advantage of it and do the photography deal for 1 year since it is the same product.

    Welcome to the community.
    The Photoshop Photography Pan includes two products: Lightroom and Photoshop, whereas Photoshop Single App membership  allow you to use only Photoshop.
