Cancel Membership-month by month payment
I was trying to cancel my membership, but what Adobe directed me end up going in loop and it's really pissing me off. This is really unprofessional for this company like Adobe making things too difficult for me to just simply cancel membership. Can anyone here help get my membership get cancelled? Thanks.

Cant cancel my month on month membership...
I have been trying for 3 months to cancel my month-on-month membership of cloud photography pack as I already have it available at my workplace now. And, there seems to be no way to do it!
Below is one of the transactions of the billing. Pls help to stop auto-renewal of the plan when one yr subscription finishes pls

Can you buy Creative Cloud for a single month? Or do you have to buy the membership which lasts a year? If so can you cancel the membership after 1 month and only pay for that month?

How to cancel Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (month-to-month)?

I've been trying to cancel my membership. I've followed the steps to do this online however when I go to manage plan, there is nothing in there about my creative cloud membership (month to month) plan that I'm paying for. Can I have some assistance in resolving this please.

With regards to trying to cancel my subscription through Adobe support, there is nothing there that helps me (believe me I've tried); I can't talk to anybody and the site just takes me round and round in circles ultimately leaving me no option but to post on the forum. I was hoping to avoid having to call someone in the US (I'm in Australia). If anyone from Adobe see's this post, can you take ownership of this problem please and try and help me, even if it's to arrange a way of we discussing this with someone.

how can i get some help to cancel my single app month to month and/or upgrade to full creative cloud membership? please don't tell me to follow the guidelines because i've tried several times but the options to 'switch plan' or cancel plan' are not available on my screen

even need to contact Adobe.
Just sign into your account at Adobe, click on My Plans (or whatever
it's called) and Cancel it.
For a yearly plan if you're not cancelling in the last month, you do
need to contact Adobe (and there will normally be a cancellation fee).
But for month-to-month, I think there's no problem to do it yourself.
