Cancel my annual membership

Hi
I want to cancel my annual membership for photoshop that i pay for monthly. I have followed the steps for cancellation but under my account settings photoshop is not listed to cancel? How can I stop the payments?

             I bought the Creative Cloud membership (one-year) on 12/21/2014. On 01/17/2015 I received the email from you and has been told that  my membership has been transitioned from paid to free beacause of my credit card payment failure.Now I'd like to cancel my annual membership. I'd like to know if you will bill 50% of your remaining contract obligation from my credit card each month or not? Now my membership is free. I am looking forward to your reply.

    Roxallen I am sorry you have faced difficulties canceling your annual plan.  You are correct you do need to contact our support team to cancel your annual plan.  You can contact our support team directly at Creative Cloud membership support.

    I want to cancel my annual membership. I read the support sites and many other sites. No way.
    I´m in month 12 of my membership.
    "To cancel your membership in the last month (month 12), follow the steps in the "Cancel a month-to-month membership" section below. (If you cancel an annual membership in the last month you don't need assistance from customer support.)"
    So I followed the steps descriped under "cancel a month to month membership"
    No way! WTF?!?
    There comes no window "we hate to see you to go" blablabla...
    It only comes a windows "We´re very sorry..."
    What else can I do?

    I've been trying to cancel my annual adobe cloud membership through the chat support.
    But I wasn't able to chat with anyone and was presented the text "Chat unavailable right now" instead.
    I tried different browsers, restarted my computer but to no avail.
    I am almost through the year and I would like to cancel my membership before it is extended for another full year.

    EDIT: Browsing through other threads of other folks who had the same / similar request, most of them were referred to the Adobe support documents and pages, that explain how to do it. I would like to clarify that I have followed each one of those steps and still encountered those issues as described above. Since I am located in South Korea it is also difficult for me to call the US hotline. Thank you.

    Ps: I know that this community is meant for users. But I have seen other threads where Adobe officials have replied to.
