Cannot create Behance account with Adobe ID - Signup Locked?
Hi all
I would like to create a Behance account in otder to utilise the ProSite features that are bundled with the Creative Cloud package.
I am signed up for a full individual package, if I remember correctly.
I start off the process by clicking the "Sign up with Adobe ID" option and log in with my Creative Cloud credentials.
While I can reach the signup page and enter all my details with no issues, clicking continue always leads to a blank page with a "https://www.behance.net/signup/locked?" URL. We've tried this multiple times from multiple machines, so we're not quite sure what the issue is. Could anyone shed some light on the situation?

I've tried signing up through that route, the main issue seems to be cropping up during the linking/signup process.
I followe the 3rd set of instructions, and reached this step: "a) If you're new to Behance & ProSite, signup with your Adobe ID. Once you're signed up, you can get started by creating projects to go in your personal portfolio site."
The signup page accepts my AdobeID details, then asks me to input more data (such as a password, creative fields, and city of origin).
I select the option to sign up as an organisation and enter the details, the next page never appears though. -
How to change the authorization info. if I have 2 accounts with Adobe?

The matter is that my BPP's books were initially authorised with my first adobe's account; BUT currently when I'm opening my adobe digital editions the authorisation info. is staying for my 2nd account and thus I am not able to use my urls for BPP's editions.
Kindly inform me of how to change the authorisation info. in my place - in order the adobe digital editions will be authorised for my first account otherwise I cannot use my books.
I've carefully studied the prog. but I didn't find any properties opportunities where I could change these settings - no simple rules for changing authorisation info?!
The deinstallation and reinstallation processes afterwards didn't help either.
Kindly help to find a magic solution for such a trivial situation Adobe didn't foresee.

AndreyPlease be more specific as to "creating a new OS User Account, and then authorizing ADE on that account with your other AdobeID."
I authorized my laptop with my email ID user name, but later when I authorized my netbook, I used a second adobe signon by mistake. Now I can't read half the books on my Nook as some had been authorized by one account and some by another. I would like to either deauthorize and reauthorize the second account, but uninstalling and reinstalling did not work. I will try the ctrl-Shift-D, once I see what should be open when I try that tactic, but if there is a way to have both accounts authorized on the same Nook, I would be happy with that. All I want is to be able to read all my stuff, regardless of which authorization I used. The idea of authorization concept creates a lot of confusion and issues. -

Why is it impossible to get in contact with Adobe to cancel a subscription?
This morning at 9.56 am UK time, I finally got hold of someone to chat about the impossibility of cancelling my payments for my daughter's subscription to Adobe's Creative Cloud. The chat case number was 214119558. As soon as I explained the problem, the Adobe representative said he would find someone else to chat with me. Instead of finding someone, he closed the chat. I tried again the Chat but it was not available. This is my second day of trying to chat, speak or even send an email to anyone at ADOBE. I have contacted my bank and asked it to cancel my debit card payments. They take place every month since July 2014 without my permission. At the same time I cannot find a way to cancel the subscription. HELP!

Adobe has been charging my bank account with the reference number ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE 044-207-3650 IE.
This reference number should be enough for you to trace the CC order.
Here is the history of my complaint.
In June 2013, my daughter took a subscription for the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year) subscription. The monthly payments of £15.88 came from my bank account.
After the subscription came to an end in June 2014, Adobe increased the monthly payment from £15.88 to £22.46.
From July 2014, Adobe has collected £22.46 per month for the months of July, August, September and November, or a total of £89.84.
Neither I or my daughter gave Adobe the permission to renew the one-year subscription.
Adobe must pay back to my account the money it took without authorisation.
As of today, my bank has cancelled the recurring monthly payment to Adobe.

I want to cancel my 1 year subscription with Adobe Services because it has charged me twice in one day and because i do not use it anymore. I do not understand why but it charged me twice but i did pay at the start so i do not know what these extra payments are for. I want to cancel it immediately! Can someone please help!

Trying to drag pdf files i have and combine them into one pdf file in the account i just purchased with Adobe. when i drag a pdf file over Adobe doesn't accept it. says it can not convert this type of file. but it is an Adobe file. Do I need to change it in some other form befor dragging it?

Problems with Adobe account and Adobe support!
We bought in December 2012 "Creative Cloud for teams" (10 licenses).
I have since started our problems with support Adobe that continue today: (
1. We do not receive invoices by e-mail - every month we have to ask several times adobe support on the current invoice and then wait for it a few weeks!
2. We receive e-mail confirmation with errors - confirmation of transactions on a credit card that we receive by e-mail are wrong - no part of the information.
3. No confirmation on Adobe account - on account do not have Adobe confirmation of financial operations for the month.
4. No information about the subscription on Adobe account - There is no information about subscriptions purchased
We contact every few days with Adobe and get the standard answer "please wait 2-3 business days..." ..... and nothing.

I have in my Adobe account information only payments for the month of December.
For this month I print the invoice (screenshot below).
