Cancel my membership but Live Chat isn't working!

Hi, I recently ordered Creative Cloud but I decided to cancel it and te forum says to go through Live Chat but for two days it hasn't been working. Can someone help me cancel it, please? It is an emergency.

  • I have a problem with my bill and chat isn't working.

    I would love to be able to email someone about my bill. I am out of the country and do not want to call unless it would be a free call. I wouldn't mind chatting, but it has said chat is offline all day, even though it has been within the time listed. Can someone contact me directly?

    That's not extremely helpful right now. I would love to get help online. I don't mind chatting but Live Chat is never online when it says it should be.
    I also have other problems - like I can't log in to my account without going through the "Forgot user ID" process. Does the support site not work with a non-US IP? I don't understand how this is so terrible and I have to submit a question through a support forum.

    If you received you phone as part of the contract then surely from a legal pov your contract is with 3 not Apple unless you bought Applecare, if you bought your phone outright then put your 3 SIM into it then yes you'd have to visit an Apple store with your phone's purchase receipt.

    I've already tried uninstalling and then installing the quick time again, but it still isn't working. I have an ASUS laptop it that helps.

    I think this is a known problem with Lion and some installs of Logic, I've seen it mentioned before.

  • I follow the instructions for canceling my membership, but it is a dead end.  Won't let me cancel.

    413 Header Length too Large
    I missed the phone support deadline by 15 minutes and the live chat support doesn't work either.
